I have cancelled my Prime Video account on the 8th of January 2026. I was charged the full amount in January 2026. It's fine, maybe because I cancelled during the Month. Come feb the amount was also included in the February invoice when i cann thy topl be. I was billed in arrears; February would be the last charge. As of today, 02/03/2026, the amount still appears in the March invoice. Every time I call, they can see the subscription is cancelled, but I'm still being charged. The lady today said they will credit me, but it won't appear in march invoice, it will appear in April's invoice.

I was told after my contract I will move to a month to month, now because I want to cancel my gym they want a 3-month notice from a month-to-month contract and they claim I owe them R200 for the access key/card of which I've paid while joining the gym, now Sonnika Steyn does no longer respond to my emails. Bad gym to join honestly, What I don't understand is How do I serve a 3-month notice on a month-to-month contract.
My move was easy and quick. All the information was on-hand and the agent were friendly.
