missing parts
I'm utterly disgusted with this business, I ordered fog lights, but didn't get the cables, switch, relay or bumper grille. the agents are not helpful; all I get told is the supplier is out of stock... ive paid full price for my items but have only received 1 bit of it

Credit Vetting useless department
I've been trying for over a week to get Cell c to change my account details... I've emailed all they have asked for, I've phoned to get it escalated, phoned again to find out it wasn't escalated....

Stdbank doesn't care
On Friday the 13th my credit card was hacked, on the same day I opened a case, to date I've had absolutely zero feedback, Money was taken from my account, an std bank isn't helping me

0 out 10 for service Noone gets back to you, the phones just ring. The whatsapp agents don't help at all. And are very rude. They've been getting my address wrong and cant change it. They can't amend my move in date?? Utterly utterly shocking services

Webafrica is Bad
Thwe worst service i have ever had in my entire life. Im absolutely shocked beyond words with this service. So i have a internet problem, i cant phone webafrica i have to message them on whatsapp... 1st of all i find that absolutely pathetic, as a paying customer i would like a telephone call, at times its hard to articulate what you trying to explain on a message, verbal is often best. The customer services is absolutely the worst the agents who i message on whatsapp take forever to reply, and a few times the call chat ends without anything being resolved
