One month later and I am still waiting for my car. Old mutual gave my repairer a second hand headlamo that didn’t work - what kind of insurance is this authorising non-working 2nd hand car parts. Why am I even paying for my premiums for this **** service that I have gotten in the past three months. Havent had a car for 3 months and old mutual havent had the decency to attend to my complaint of a car hire for the constant delays.

Worst insurance - i have been waiting 2 months for my car to be repaired. My car is still sitting at the repairer and the repairer is waiting for old mutual for authorisation on additional damage. Im so sick of old mutual, I call often and they just tel me they will call me back the person dealing with my claim is on another call. Please give me a car for the timebeing so I can get around

Firstly took me over 20 minutes on hold. Secondly I am disappointed at the service, Laezelle the consultant said she would get back to me and she did not, I have emailed two follow up emails and no reply. Thirdly quite disappointed that I am a vitality member trying to book a flight for British airways and the consultant says they cannot find my id number on the system, are you kidding me, I even sent my vitality membership certificate for proof. I am losing out on 35% discount as I am a diamond vitality member. I eventually paid the normal price and made my own booking to fly to PE. I am quite disappointed, I would actually like a 35% refund for my ticket that I have bought, as I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Lastly, i told the consultant to contact vitality to see what is going on and until this day no feedback

Keep getting charged bis/int 6 on tier tiering = 58.80 each month on my fnb business account. Please can this be sorted ou.
