I dealt with a person called Lucy Langa and she was an expert in addressing my issues . She went the extra mile to help me and was very courteous with her replies. I felt as if l was being treated with respect and dignity and was happy my problem was dealt with. We need more people like her in businesses that deal with the public. I am very happy with the outcome

Lottoland is first class
I would like to commend Lottoland, and to single out an employee by the name of Stephen, who went the extra mile to sort out my query and went over and above the call of duty to help me. In fact, l have come across the staff l have interacted with, that have been very courteous in dealings queries. Businesses and people should be commended for such professionalism and not only to complain about. Good reviews where they are due.

I have had very good service with TymeBank. I have been with them since the beginning when they opened up to the public and have been very happy with the way they have performed. They are professional and go the extra mile to help their clients. I have had no issues with them that was not resolved in a timely manner.

Easy equities
I look to Hellopeter for clarity and advice before l make any decision before l take a leap into something. The honest and open feedback from other customers makes my decision for me. So l thank those that use this opportunity to voice their views. I was going to go into easy equities in a big way through my banking app but looking at all the negative reviews about easy equities, l have decided not to do this but use another route and stay cleat of easy equities. Thank you cor all the comments.

Disappointing
Really disappointing to go to the store for the specials to find that they are out of stock majority of the time. When asking for a raincheck, this is not given and when adding up the discount on an item ( eg Parmalat cheese- it works out not to be the price the advert stipulates) I go to that specific store because it is convenient. But l am now going to go elsewhere. This is the Pick n Pay in Pineridge Kzn.

Thank you lotto star- keep up the good work
The majority of the time, l go onto hellopeter to look at reviews about companies l like to deal with. I just want to say that l have recently joined lotto star and find them to be an honourable company that does operate with integrity. Whenever l have a winning with lotto star, l am paid out immediately. All payments made with regards to taking a lotto ticket, a message is sent to the device you are using and the payment is explained in detail. I am happy with how lotto star are operating. When l first joined, a phonecall was made to me from lotto star and when l needed assistance, there was a very helpful agent assisting me with my request.

Poor customer service
On a few occasions l have gone to purchase at said shop but each time l go there the cashiers are very unhelpful and speak to me, as well as other customers l have approached, in a belligerent manner. If the cashiers are having a bad day, they tend to take their frustrations out on the customers.Being a shop that serves the people, l feel that they need to change their attitude when dealing with customers. I will never go back to this shop again.
