This is the weirdest thing I've ever heard about such a big network like MTNπ€ My SIM was blocked without them even contacting me to tell their reasons why. I just saw I can't check my balance nor load data, then I saw no network available π I phoned them and spoken to many people transferring me to different departments and giving me an alternative number to phone, only to told that my SIM is blocked because I don't load airtime or load data. π± This number is active for so many years now . What a lame reason to block an active SIM . I trusted MTN so much and now this disappointment. I couldn't access my apps or request an Uber to get home nor could I phone my family. What if something bad had happened to me while stranded with a useless phone? My life was disrupted unnecessarily with no valid reason. How many people are unemployed in this country with cellphones, are their phones also been blocked for that? I'm working and buys data and airtime alot and yet they blocked my number π€ T

I was cheated into a 2 year home WiFi contract last year. Price difference and now it's going up again for the 3rd time. It's the 1st time that I see a contract can have so many price increase. How is this possible? Daylight ******* π
I just would like to warn people about these sales people of Vodacom that are going door to door with internet deals. They sell uncapped wifi for very cheap, R469, well anyone would fall for such a deal considering the fact that uncapped wifi is very expressive in South Africa πΏπ¦ The sweet talk you so much and promise that is a month to month basis and the price won't change. Yeah right that a big fat lie from Vodacoms sales people. After 3 months they deduct a R669, imagine that huh π₯Ήπ You phone them and all they can say is sorry that our sales people **** to you but the price is not what they said it would be. I left Telkom that was even way cheaper than what I'm paying now for them because of the R469 deal. I regret my choice so badly that it pains me for that.π
I went over from Telkom to Vodacom home fiber. I didn't phone to inform them on time and I got behind with my instalment but never the less they handed me over to they Debt collection department. Debt In contacted me on the 25 April to make payments, I struggled with funds but eventually did the payment on the 24 May, the outstanding amount was R1369.30 but I paid R1400. Now when I phone to find out if the payment was received the debt department was not getting back to me at all. I went to Telkom in the mall here in Cradlestone and a friendly lady called Kgomotso helped me. Only to be told yes she sees that payment was done but I still owe R619.23, how is that possible if handed over to their Debt department? I don't use their services no more and it was suspended but they charge meπ€π. Telkom isn't making sense to charge me for suspended services. I'm using Vodacom home fiber since March.
Wayne was very helpful and polite and said I will be getting a full refund by the 6th of May. That I want to see, then I will believe it. The benefit of paying ahead I guess.πππ―β
I phoned yesterday to inquire about my car service and I was helped. Thuto was very helpful and my car is going for a service on Monday morning. I was so stressed out as I didn't have cash to pay but thank God Liquid has it all covered. Thank you Liquid team ππ«Άπππππ
After the long wait with FFW we finally had the car delivered to Florida Panel beaters. They did a very good job πππ The car looks brand new, you will never know that it was in an accident. Thank you guys for the great panel beater job you did.π
My 1st car and never knew it insurance operate this way. My car got bumped on the 1st of September, up until now the car is not yet fixed but they paid money into my account. I must phone them everyday to ask if the car is delivered at the panelbeater yet, different people tell you different stories. I must provide them with a panelbeater address and then I must hear he has to be Hyundai accredited but the person Monica I spoke to never mentioned that. I look for a accredited panelbeater in Florida and I gave them the address but still the car id still not delivered there . I'm so frustrated with this insurance that I don't know what to do anymore. They also said they don't tow the car to the panelbeater I must see that my car get there I say okay I will come to get it and than another lady Jo-Anne says no there is no such thing they will take the car to the panelbeater but if it's more than 40km I must pay in the difference. So far she sounds like the only person who knows what she is doing but the communication between FFW departments are poor because she lodge a request on Monday 2nd October but the towing department never received it. How are all this possible, my gosh.ππ’ I regret leaving King Price for them really, think I would've never waited so long I'm sure about that.
