Great services and good products.
Great service and good communication. I placed my order and 3 days later I received it and it was in perfect condition and I love what I got. I would recommend their products to anyone as it is really value for money. My only issue would be with their sandals as the leather is a bit hard and has caused a few blisters.

Avoid ordering from Leroy Merlin at all cost! Terrible and lazy service.
I purchased merchandise over 3 weeks ago and I have still not received it nor any update as to when I will receive it. Their tracking system is useless and their courier services even more so! This is the worst online services I have even experienced. I don't know why they continue to use Nucleus as their delivery provider and I don't really care at this point as it is Leroy Merlin's responsibility to ensure that I receive what I paid for. Their customer services is unresponsive and lazy. Avoid ordering from them!

I am done with Cielo!
Please avoid ordering from Cielo! Their customer service is terrible and they provide absolutely no feedback. They allowed me to order a corner couch and pay for it while they didn't have stock of the item and have in fact discontinued that unit. It's the Jagger corner unit in the smoke colour. I placed this order at the beginning of November and I still don't have any feedback on my couch or a refund. Absolutely awful.

Avoid Makro online!
Do not order from Makro online. This is the third time in a month that Makro has provided me with the worst service I have ever encountered using an online retailer. First they send me boxing gloves that were the wrong size, then they send me a game set I didn't order and they want me to arrange to return it, and now I order an air conditioning unit and I haven't received the delivery and it's been weeks. They assure us 2 to 5 day delivery but this is such a ****! I have called their customer service centre many times and sent emails with absolutely NO feedback. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they have no follow through. Avoid ordering from Makro online if you can.

Makro sent me the wrong size
I ordered a pair of boxing gloves and they were delivered within 3 business days. I was impressed with the delivery, however, I would have rather received my gloves a few days later if they had bothered to check what they sent me. I received my boxing gloves and they were a size to small. Clearly they were not paying attention to what they sent me and they have not yet sent me the correct size. I have also not had a response from Makro regarding this error. I would not recommend purchasing from Makro online at all!

This site is such a scam! I placed my order months ago and they took my payment and I still haven't received my order. They don't reply to my emails or queries and have not given me a refund. DO NOT order from this company!

Avoid this courier!
Terrible service! I definitely do NOT recommend this courier service. They are very unhelpful and their customer service provides absolutely no assistance. It has been over 2 months since I requested a parcel delivered and it still has not be delivered nor can they provide any feedback.

No Parcel and No Refund!
This is a scam! Do not order from Manicaa. They will take your money and they never delivery your parcel!!! HUGE SCAM!!! I requested a refund and they just ignore me. They pretend to be tracking your parcel but it is all fake.
