Do Not Take Your Car to Car Service City Clearwater
After being a loyal customer at the Car Service City Clearwater branch, without any complaints, my recent experience has been the most shocking and terrible service I have EVER received. I sent my car for service on 11 April 2026. After collecting my car, the engine mounting was not fitted properly and I had to take it back several times to get it fixed. That got sorted out and I thanked them for it. However, there was a knocking sound on my brakes whenever I slowed down using the brakes. I went back to Car Service City and brought it up. The excuse I was given was "my guys did not touch the breaks. The sound is from the brakes getting exposed to rain water." The reason made no sense. Because I became weary of any of their mechanics touching my car, I had another mechanic check it out. Only then was it discovered that the brake caliper bolts on both sides were MISSING!!! Please understand how dangerous this is because I am driving with my young child in the car. No one wanted to take accountability for this ***** up!!! My husband went back to Car Service City and ***ed out the manager who still denied that this was their mistake!!!! ***??? I can appreciate the work on some things that they did. But I do not appreciate the lack of accountability of messing one of the essential components of a vehicles that puts you between life and death!!!! For the money I paid, this is completely unacceptable workmanship. Car Service City Clearwater will not be seeing me again and I call on any person to not take their car there for ANYTHING. It's not worth the hassle.

EXITO IS TRASH!!!!
I wish I didn't have to give this business a single star rating to write this review. Their products DO NOT reflect what is shown on their Instagram page and website. The fit is HORRIBLE. The material is awful. Whenever I have ordered an outfit from them, they got the sizing wrong EVERYTIME!!! How on earth can a fashion business mistake a size 34 for a size 38? If you are getting sizes wrong, you definitely have no business selling clothes. I definitely see that the celebrity/influencer clientele get the better clothes and services whereas what is sold to the masses is the lowest quality possible. Please do not spend your hard-earned money on this business. It is not worth giving them a try. NOT WORTH IT!!! TRASH!!!!!

Tiisetso Molwele was friendly and patient whilst assisting me with my query. I received immediate assistance and feedback from the tow truck driver at Tiisetso's request. Tiisetso was also kind enough to call me afterwards to ensure that everything went smoothly, which is highly appreciated

CHANGE COURIER COMPANY
Vodacom, change the courier company that you are using!!! I'm sure you've heard of this complaint before and there's a reason for it!!!! Communication between yourselves and RAM isn't working! You say one thing and RAM says another!! The online customer experience is trash at best and you're expecting me to run between the two of you to answers about my delivery. Nothing is straight forward. I'm deeply frustrated and annoyed about my experience with you and I would like for this to be resolved ASAP!

RAM IS A USELESS COURIER SERVICE
Worst service from RAM on the highest level!!!! I've been in constant contact between RAM and Vodacom about my parcel. I track my order and it's traveling back and forth from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, back to Johannesburg and then to East London, back to Johannesburg and then to Bloemfontein!!! And yet, nowhere is it ever making its way to me! This is utterly ridiculous and disrespect to a customer!! I need answers, confirmations and guarantee that I will receive my order in perfect condition and on a specified date and time!!! I'm done running around like a headless chicken! This is supposed to be simple and seamless but you guys are making this unbearably difficult!!!!!
