I have a type 1 diabetes daughter whom when the pharmacy claimed under her chronic script, claim went through but as for the Libre sensor which nomarlly covers from the risk benefit, they paid it out of the medical savings. I sent all call references and it been 2 weeks and no one has resolved the matter as promised. It's not the first, nor second but it's been ongoing whenever I ask them to solve their mistakes and wrong doings, I have to end up here for clarity and resolution
Hc 27 sh ambulance number. I called for help and the people sent out was very rude and abrupt (coloured guy and black lady who never wanted to listen to me). I know my kid and how to attend to her but cause my car is at my mechanic, I have to be treated in such a manner. I called the emergency number to explain instead they still made me to look like a fool. Does the ER24 not know DKA but funny they rushed to ask for my medical aid number. What a bad experience and I am truly.broken and hurt beyond
I am angry cause fnb handed my account over and the people every month are double paying themselves are their contact number 0100350915 apparently boksburg branch are never answering my calls including the wvatsapp number.
I went to buy at protea Glen mall and the order was wrong worse I had to wait fir 30 minutes. What's the point I'd self service yet you are given a wrong order with no slip
Service is bad and worse it's not the first time. I bring my kid for diabetes and I get treated worse than Bara. The stuff, some are nice but to wait for over 3 hour for my kid to be taken to high care and the lame excuse is that they forgot to sanitize room. I can't believe nor tolerate such a service. No ampaty or patient care. Unfortunately I forgot the names of the nurses that dealt with me. Such treatment is unacceptable.
Kfc joburh. What a rude service before anyone could take a seat. My kid is diabetic and she was told not to use a toiltyet we bought food. Ladies name is Doris....
A supervisor Margaret and security zintle. I am mentioning this names as they treated me like trash at maponya and worse Margaret had the nerve to laugh at me behind my back
The service is cold and worse they don't bring you good to your table then when you find a table, it's dirty and you need to clean it up yourself as you hardly see a person that works here to clean for you. Lack of thinking and hygiene wise, not safe
I am really annoyed cause we as parents are advised to book Online for an appointment for ID and when you get to the branch on that selected date and time, you are told to queue outside until called in but what is the point of making a booking and respecting the appointment when your still made to wait unattended or no communication
How does this work? A wrong account is used a d then even they have to reverse it to a correct account, they say that there will be a fee. That is a fair however if they didn't get it sorted, why am I being charged for a service that was not corrected.. I need explanation as this is a serious matter
