I don't trust finessa
I received an sms that I need to pay a fine. Checked it on finessa, saw that it's not a vehicle I own at a place I never go and at a time that is suspect 0.00.00. I almost paid on finessa but went to the traffic department and they confirmed NO fine on my name. Are they working with ****mers? Don't pay till you've been to your traffic dept for confirmation!

Sabc tv license, ******* billing
I haven't owned a TV since 2017 when my TV broke and I canceled my TV license. Then out the blue in 2023 they decided to re in-state my old license! I called to inquire, and they told me they don't know why it was re instated. Now they want to actually hand me over for non payment. Such a ******* bunch. When you write emails, they respond in about 14 days but when you answer it goes to a completely different person, with no idea what you're talking about. Be very carefully of sabc!!!

Fnb secure chat useless
FNB secure chat completely useless. Tried to get issues resolved a couple times using secure chat with no luck. Very disappointed in my bank!

FNB couldn't care less about customers.
There is just no way to get assistance from FNB. I purchased airtime from the app and never received it even after almost 2 months. Their online chat from the app is completely useless, these people are not interested in the least of helping, when they see it's going to require effort to help someone they terminate the chat. It's really starting to feel like dealing with a government department. Anyway bye bye R.190. Be careful with FNB!

Unreliable
Completely unreliable delivery. Once they fail to deliver on the date promised, tracking just stops. Phone takealot and they just say sorry not our fault, phone courier company(fast and furious). My second time now, should have used another company, really frustrating.
