Bought a laptop from them a while back but had some issues and didn’t know how to set some stuff up and went back to them for help and they helped me free of charge even though I bought the laptop a while ago .
Did a staycation at the resort and it was amazing ! So close to many amenities. Amazing beach views . Helpful staff . Clean facilities .
I recently came across this company through a social media ad and thought “ wow their packages are super affordable “ . I got my husband to make contact with them to book a trip . That’s when things got a bit strange and changed for the worst . So we weee keen and ready to make payment . We just needed an invoice with a letter head due to accounting purposes but the company refused to send this stating they could only send this after the payment was made , which to me is suspicious . But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt . But what really upset me was when the person who I was speaking to continued and said they they can’t waste their time and are only focused on “actual customers “ . Now how will a company get actual customer if they are rude to their Potential customers? So when we responded to the rude messages we were met with more rude messages . Anyway . Long story short they’ve lost a potential customer . They have this attitude that they have cheap packages and they’re doing us a favour . And I know the company will eventually reply to this review . I know you’re a BIG company with over 100 WhatsApp messages but customer service is very important . You cannot be rude to both Actual customers and potential customers . Eventually you will have NO CUSTOMERS across all the countries you deal with .
I ordered an item online and paid for standard delivery of R100 ( should take 3-7 business days ) . The 7 days had passed and I called Call it spring to enquire as to when to expect my order . The lady whom I spoke to said that they only have 1 shipping day for all their goods at the end of the month and I had to wait till then . When I argued and said that I had paid R100 for it to be delivered within a working week she said there’s nothing she can do . I waited and at the end of the month ( about 2 weeks later ) I still had not received anything . At this point I sent a string of emails to them only to realise that they had forgotten about my order completely and they had no stock of my bag . They still refused to refund me , spent another week trying to source the bag ( which they had gotten eventually from the east gate mall store ) and shipping it to me . The delivery company ( aramex) was excellent ! They delivered the bag 2 days after receiving the parcel so no issues on their end . It took about 45 days to receive my order . They gave me R100 voucher as a sorry but I probably will never support their online store again !
amazing service . I ordered something which was a special import and was hesitant at first but they emailed me every step of the way and in arrived in the time frame they had given me when I placed the order . They’re prices are great and so is the service !
