Mweb have migrated mail boxes, which is not a bad thing. Except if you have an error of failure. The call centre is completely unresponsive. After several long phone calls waiting to become number one!!! the call is dropped. Any email offered under the migration messages on the IVR don do not respond, merely giving a automated message with a reference number and 24 business hours to respond. i have critical email to get out to help resolve a billing dispute and are unable to do so
HUGE compliments to Birch Ward in Vincent Pallotti. I have just spent 42 days in a single ward there many thanks to the nursing, catering, cleaning, pathology, xray teams. They are top drawer. Also the doctors involved have been very special. If you are looking for a hospital for elective stay then this is the place
I had an MRI on 4 June. I paid R 16 k as 80 % top up fee. My medical aid has paid R 6k as prescribed. Morton can't or won't find the medical deposit in order to process a refund. This has been going on since 30 June. Don't pay the top up until you get the medical aid payment
I had an MRI on 4 June 2024. I paid R16k to cover 80% of the bill. My medical aid has paid R 6k and I submitted claim for Gap Cover. They have religiously lost the claim, rejected the claim because they could not read the documents. I now managed to R 3k towards my gap Cover. The broker has registered a complaint on their system and is now at the short term ombudsman. Do not subscribe to people who do not support their base practice
Avoid this place like the plague. We came to celebrate a birthday. Food was delivered a plate at a time over an hour and a half. Some of the food was cold, some under done, wrong dish delivered. Complete disinterest from the waitron and the floor manager. Toilets are dirty. There is no play area supervisor
Getting answer on call centre is almost impossible and the agents are not ready when they answer. Minimum answer time is over 15 minutes. Once they are organised am able to resolve my query
