I have been straggling with Host Africa where my company website it's blocked and IP address it's blocked and my IT guy cannot excess the C panel it's being 2 months trying to finish the website and every time the clients cannot excess the website cause it's being blocked everytime host Africa is failing to assist while deducting my monthly payments and it's really not fair it's not fair to pay for the service that I'm not getting us this how host Africa is running business I hope Host Africa can find it in their heart to give a better service to their clients the service is very poor

Im speechless don't know what to say about Metro Fibre this is the second complain i was with Metro Fibre for 3 months have proof of payments they claim i owe them 1916 no one can give me an answer when you call there is never an answer to the phone call several emails several emails send to them regarding this 1916i dont know what is it for terrible customer service if some from metro fibre can give me an answer what is the 1916 for where does that amount come from i will appreciate it a lot i will never advise my family and friends to use metro fibre i dont have a problem paying but i will never pay for something that i dont know

What a terrible service from Metro fibre i joined metro fibre on the 13th February 24 the installer was send to connect my wifi and from the 13th i couldn't use the wifi it kept on buffing i then called metro fibre regarding the issue they said they will send a technician mind you im without wifi and im buying data in the mean time while waiting for the technician untill the technician arrived on the 25th February around 3:50 they tried to fix did everything they know needs to be done just to discover that the installer named Danie when he installed my wifi he put the wrong power cable that is why i was unable to use the wifi there is references for every call emailed made month end came and i was billed 1165 which 750 was connection fee and for using the wifi for 4 days i was billed 465 i then asked and called there was no Answer accounts department couldn't answer me regarding the amount they said they will investigate and get back to me nothing for march my fibre got swiched of on the 20th claiming that i owe 1165 called i was told they will investigate after investigating 5 days later on the 25th March my fibre was put back on made a payment of 750 end of march then April came my fibre got swiched of on the 20th then same strory when calling investigation After 5days was back on now May on the 20th my fibre is switched off again mind you im still waiting for the 4days to pay when the fibre was installed im not getting that bill they want me to pay 1165 i dont know what is that amount for then i asked them to cancel im told im Realible to pay for the cancellation i wasn't gonna cancel i need the fibre but i can't suffer for something that i dont know why they keep on cancelling and its costing me money each time to call customer service metro fibre dont even call their clients to see what is the problem and how can it be resolved they just don't care i need help in this matter please and im not paying anything these are ticket numbers from the beginning @ 182288 this ticket number its when they send the technicians to come and fix , 188331, 278170, 244156, 229459 thank you

What a terrible and unorganized company is rsaweb i had cancelled my line with them i have physically returned the router as requested i had emailed the cancellation department regarding my line being released and no luck i don't owe them anything i had cancelled i was promised to be called back but nothing so unprofessional and disorganized i my suffer and be without wifi cause someone can not do their properly.

I have signed up with Bark for my cleaning business i purchased credits to that i could grow my business but all my 80 credit and Airtime used went to the people that were looking for Employment i emailed bark and explained that the credits used those where not clients it was job seekers i was promised to be refunded my credits but that never happened its really not fair that my credits had to go to job seekers while i was looking to grow my business
