Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses. Turns out it's ****. An authorized Oakley sunglass retailer confirmed this. Sent it back for my R2k refund. That's what the end user gets when they use 3rd party suppliers which they don't know from a bar of soap.

Do not use them. Does not finish the job, but insist on full payment with promise to return and complete the work. They never return. The woman on phone is very good at making excuses and play you until you give up. Poor workmanship: uneven railings, doors hanging scew, lateral movement so the rails are too far apart. Doors don't seal properly so garage and cars are always full of dust. Used the excuse of parts need replacement. Got the consumer Ombudsman involved and even after officially being told to repair their work, they refused.
2 out of 2 parcels not delivered within specified time. You pay for a same day service but by day 3 the parcel has not even been collected. What happened to the sharp, on time service you had years ago? looking at other options for a courier service as they are no longer that dependable.
Contracted them to install 2 existing garage doors. Rail was installed too high, doors don't seal, one door hangs skew, the 2nd repair team bent the rails with pliers in an attempt to fix it, now the door shifts from side to side too. Receptionist well trained to brush you off. Now they refuse to engage at all. Sent my complaint for a refund to the Consumer Ombudsman.
I cancelled my month to month subscription in mid June 2021, with a 1 month cancellation notice. But they debited my credit card for a R999 now for August. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?
