On Monday I went to the store in randburg Square and got served with raw chicken when I returned it the manager and the lady there acted a if all is well and started giving me attitude coz they gave me raw chicken. The fact that they told me that's how a thigh looks when is hot buffed me to the core, you need to get a health inspector and train your workers on the dangers of feeding customers raw chicken 🚮🚮🚮
I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered, when I check on the tracking number it says I need to update my address!!!. How can I do that whilst you guys don't even have it make the time to call me to ask these details!? I want my Parcel to be delivered today!! 🚮🚮 That's my tracking number : Dbp46760200852 I always have to complain to get a service from you guys 🚮🚮
So I wanted to use their services in need 2021, they delivered the router or stayed with m be for 3 weeks and no one bothered to call nor send a technician, I sent them multiple mails and whatsapp massages telling them to collect their router coz they didn't install anything. Till this day they haven't fine anything. Yesterday I get an sms dating they'll list me if I don't play. Like ***! This morning I sent them an email and whatsapp ( Stephanie) the person that put my on hold for 2 hours ended my chat without assisting !!
The worst customer service experience I've ever had at any checkers company. I went to east gate checkers Hyper, from the door the attitude of the workers there is trash. We got to the till the lady PRECIOUS NDUNYANE was at the till, tried to greet her 3 times and she said nothing. My one item Could not scan and she just put it aside, then the lady that was packing our stuff mixed washing items with Food! We noticed that when we got home that she mixed bathroom stuff with tomatoes and other foods, such shouldn't be tolerated. I even took a video when I got home. My Xtra (savings card) was declined instead of her asking for my ID she just gave it to me and told me "it's not going through" with bad energy. Then we went to get an Apple gift card, they said it's only cash and didn't want to help me do a cash back???. I shop at checkers pretty much everywhere around Gauteng but this is the worst customer service ever. GET YOUR PEOPLE TRAINED OR YOU'LL LOSE A LOT OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!
Can't believe have to do this again, it's been over a week now and my network has be so bad. I sent emails but all I'm being told is that it'll be escalated. I just got off the phone now with Jecky she gave me the worst excuse and told me that she'll escalate ?, I'm so annoyed as to the fact that I work 24/7 online and this is what I get for paying on time and being told one excuse to another? Anyway she gave me this reference number 7805885 jecky. I also spoke to Thabo dosing the day and he gave me another lame excuse. I am not going to be willing to pay for the days that I'm having issues. I'm paying R700 for unlimited so why is it being turned off at 6pm? I'm even using my data to go online now but paying so much money, I would like to be reimbursed for the days I've been having these issues.
It's sad that it had to come to this, I haven't had any assistance from rain, I call them and sent multiple emails with no replies for over 1 month and 3 weeks, I work from home I've called them with my airtime and no one seems to know what their doing, I keep on getting stupid references that don't even matter, they want me to pay R500+ for a service that I never used in March then disconnected me for nonpayment. I told them I won't pay coz the network is trash, they sent a technician who took my original router and replaced it with a bigger one and that made the connection worse. I told them I won't pay they have to fix this. A month later and 3 weeks I'm on hellopeter. I don't want a call from an agent I want a call from a manager and when they call me, I want it to be sorted out and my account to be cleared and connected. They don't know how to treat their clients. When it's payment they can send emails and stalk you nonstop but when they have to assist you, no one is there to help. I have worked with a lot of clients throughout the my career this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD
