Registered for a short course and due to financial difficulties (unemployment) requested for a refund, I was told due to the agreement they cannot refund me, I don’t remember signing any agreement stating I should request a refund within seven days, this a day light *******, how can you be forced to pay for services you did not use? I’m so disappointed by this institution
Call centre not working, emails are ignore no updates on applications nothing how do we trust these people with our monies if this how they pathetically operate, service doesn't desrve any rating zero rating.

I feel very disappointed by Telkom cancellations department, I have been trying to cancel my contract since the end of October 2020 as my contract was coming to an end in November, and did according to their 30 day notice policy when cancelling the contract, I called in manier time to follow up but nothing has been done the contract is still active, pity I always forget to take call ref numbers, but the ref number for cancelation is 35829079, the last time I spoke to a agent they said they will do an immediate cancellation in 24hrs and yet It's been a week the contract I still active, can this be done with immediate effect as promised.
