A roach and noise haven.
There is a ****roach infestation in the estate. The ****roaches walk through the doors every night. I spray insecticide everyday but there is no winning. They are resistant to a lot of products, they and come out whenever I prepare food. There are also no noise rules. Parties go on well into the night & morning. People play loud music in their cars after hours. Its a nightmare. It is safe though.

Bus arrived over 4 hours late.
Worst experience on a Citiliner bus I paid R600 to take. Departure was 2 hours after set time. It was stopped by police for almost an hour along a high way. It arrived at the destination 4.5 hours later. We have gotten no explanation as to what happened. I had to take time off due to their lack of planning. The company is a mess.

Inconsistent, long delivery times.
Irregular delivery times. I sent a parcel from Dbn to Pmb. It arrived the next day. Makes sense. The cities are next to each other. Now a parcel has been sent to me in Dbn from Pmb and 4 days later has still not arrived. I'll use an overnight courier next time as they also charge R100. I'm disappointed in this service and just hope they haven't lost the parcel.

Dischem nurses turning away customers
Theres something wrong with your clinic staff at Pavilion mall. Ive consulted twice. 1st time the nurses practically pushed me out the door after ganging up on me trying to make me choose meds I said I didnt want, and saying the doctor wont prescribe the meds I wanted, and that was for contraception. Why bully me on that?! I left and saw my regular gp. Last week I was there again because of my med. aid. The same darn nurse kept telling me Discovery wont pay and the doctor wont give me the script I needed as I didnt have any symptoms. I kept explaining that I was there for PRoPHYLAXIS. I shouldnt have to wait to get ill to come in, thats how prophylaxis works. In the end i told her ill take my chances with the doc and medical aid. Had a great consult. Doc gave me the script and medical aid paid in full. Honestly something is not right you guys need to look into it. Your nurses are sending customers away. Do you pay them by the day? Maybe you should monitor how many patients leave with out consulting. By the way, halfway through the consult another nurse waltzes in saying theres a difficult patient outside and she cant attend to her because of that. I was asked to leave, during the consult, so that patient could be seen. Is that how things work? Should I treat your staff like **** to get good service? Anyways I didnt mind, but I shouldnt have even been asked. Dischem needs to do some training on customer care. You guys are not a free clinic. Your patients are paying customers.

JMH City staff ruined an otherwise easy and quick birth.
Gave birth last year at this hospital. The maternity ward staff were so rude. Felt like I was at a public hospital. Had to be extra nice and nurse their feelings as I was in a vulnerable position and i wanted myself and baby to be safe. They insulted me from the moment I came in till their shift ended just after I delivered. I was told my hairstyle was bad, told to get on the bed quickly for examination (while 8cm dilated), told to stop shouting in pain while i was in active labor because "we don't do that here". I was shocked because who labors silently? The nurses also took my son from my chest after about a minute, without asking me (he was perfectly healthy and there was no rush), and refused to take a picture of my newly extended family. The worst part is I was given an episiotomy despite saying no, and despite not struggling to deliver. I wanted and prepared for a 100% natural birth. If you plan to give birth here rather save your thousands of Rands and go to a government hospital. You might get better treatment there.
