I purchased a variety of BMW’s from SMG BMW DURBAN. On every vehicle we had a “cashback” agreement. However they are refusing to pay on the last three vehicles I have purchased. The dealer principle- Trevor Meyer is simply ignoring the matter. I require assistance from BMWSA and an investigation conducted as “CASH BACK’s” are against the franchise agreement.

Got to the hotel with a group of 6 people. We booked 3 rooms. Upon arrival there was no concierge to assist with the bags. We had to each carry 2 of own bags up to the room. Upon opening the room door. The room was full of flies and insects. We called up senior management and they tried to avoid the matter by spraying toxic sprays and killing the flies. With a 2 months old baby. I refused to sleep in a room with that spray all over. I demanded for our room to be changed, we received rooms 4 hours later. Almost after 7 hours of traveling we were stranded for a further 5 hours till we got our room. At around 9:40pm we requested water from house keeping which was only received at 11:45 after calling them 6 times and eventually fighting with the assistant in charge. The staff have arrogant attitude and a lesson needs to be thought to this hotel by shutting them down
