Charging my medical aid 4 months after I was in hospital, and the doctor literally spent less than 2 minutes with me some of the the days I was admitted to hospital. I booked in at Roseacres and was advised to go to Bedford gardens the one day, and Arwyp the other within 30 minutes of the appointment time both times. My husband has to apply for special leave for the full day and transport me both days due to the lack of communication from this docter. Seriously not impressed. He did not bother to spend any time with me, or discuss any diagnosis in the time I was in the hospital either. Also still waiting for the call for the follow up appointment that was to be scheduled following my visit in April

Streaming quality is absolutely terrible. It is pixxelated and absolutely no pleasure to watch. The constant buffering is also very annyng. We have a 50mb Fibre line and have no issues with any other streaming services. We've tried to watch so many shows but it is just terrible. I am canceling my subscription with them now.
Call quality is terrible. Every single call I've received in the last 2 days is so garbled that I can not make out a word the person is saying. I have to phone back every person because no matter how many times they phone it is the same problem. I've been with Cell C for years, but I will not be renewing either of my contracts when it expires again. My data is also dissapearing at a ridiculous rate.
Re: My complaint last week. I received a missed call today and phoned back in now. They claim the restaurant gave me the correct food except for the fries and claims I was compensated for this. I was offered a R 50 voucher, not received. I sent a vid of the "ribs" weight. This food is still in my freezer. Told the MR Delivery person that I was moving to Uber Eats as they are not assisting me with the order and the person sighed in my ear and said "Is there anything else?" This is how they handle the loss of a regular customer. Well done MR Delivery.

As mentioned within minutes of receiving the order, there was a serious problem with the order and it is in our freezer as we are not sure is is safe to eat. We received a R 50 coupon... I phoned, more than once and they still refuse to credit this **** and only give us a R 50 coupon. R 50!!!! We used the Mr Delivery app to order food from the Boksburg branch today. What an absolute dissapointment! Paid R 55 for a salami salad that was tiny and consisted of 99% lettuce, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice cucumber, 2 thin slices of salami (cut in squares) and 3 tiny pieces of Mozarella. It had no onions or olives as advertised on the menu. The onion rings were extremely greasy, and the pizza was burnt and folded. There is no option for pizza pie on the app. After the horrible Panarotti's lasagna, easily the worst meal I've ever had. Will never order fro. Them again.
On 20 November at 07h09 my husband submitted documents to sell his units to the value of R 16,000.00. We resubmitted the documents numerous times, by mail and fax as Old mutual claims they did not receive it. On Thursday my husband received a call from a consultant and they went through the all of his details again. At this stage he resubmitted the payment page with the revised amount of R 18,000.00. We just checked his portfolio. On Wednesday he had over R 18000.00 in that account. This has now dropped to R 17,869.00. Why has his units not been sold as instructed?? Your customer service is atrocious! Are we to wait yet another week while Old Mutual drag their heels on the payment? Urgent feedback is required!!
I've been buying from Seeds for Africa for a few months now. Every single order I've placed was processed within minutes. Proforma invoices are sent immediately upon completion of the order explaining the payment procedure, Proof of payment is confirmed very quickly and stock is sent off at light speed. Growing guides are sent for the purchased items on mail, and they are very useful. Seeds are individually packaged and professionally marked. Most of the seeds I've planted have grown phenomenally well, and the ones that haven't made it is due to user error. Keep up the awesome service !
I applied for a limit increase on my credit card last week and submitted the documents on Monday. This morning I followed up on the increase and it turns out my documents had not been received yet because I sent it to the incorrect address. (I just hit reply!) I spoke to Simone Van Der Merwe in limit increases, slightly panicked because I already made arrangements that needed to be paid for on Wednesday. I just checked my account for something else and there it is, the limit increase has been done. Thank you so much for the effort Simone.
