I chose galaxy blinds because of the good reviews and what it seemed like impeccable work from their Instagram page. Unfortunately for me I had a bad experience and my issue is still not resolved completely. The ripple curtains both blockout and voile don’t fold as they should. They replaced the blockout apparently they say it was the material, and even when they came to replace one of the curtains measurements was wrong they had to take it back. They are not willing to change the voile, I’m being told by Leon that it costs them a lot of money for the swap, as if I didn’t spend money for the curtains. I paid for a service and I expected quality work and what I paid for. Their communication is very bad, one always have to follow up with them. It’s been a 2 months battle and still going and frankly it’s exhausting
This institution is the worst for the amount of money we pay. No customer service at all. I've been calling, sending numerous emails to the finance department regarding a refund and no one bothers to respond.
I’m disappointed at one of the reservationist. When we arrived standing to be assisted a white couple just came in and spoke to her as if we were invisible and they were assisted first with a welcoming smile whilst we were treated like a plague. Instead of her telling them that she will assist them after assisting us, the couple said they made a reservation. As if we didn’t make a reservation. I was very furious of the treatment we received, in this day and age whites get preference over blacks. Eventually we were assisted and given a little table outside whilst I indicated in the booking that I wanted to sit in the restaurant. And what made me more furious was that the white couple were given a nice sofa table that could have been ours while we were sitting in the cold. We were ready to leave until there was an opening inside. Besides this unfortunate incident the food was nice
This is the worst online store. One can't get hold of the owner, email and what's up on their website doesn't work, they have turned commenting on their IG page. The quality of the material used is poor, sizes not proportional to SA body. Returned items a month later I'm still waiting for my refund.
I wish I read the reviews before ordering from lifestyle home. This company is a scam, poor workmanship and poor customer service. Waited over 3 months for my order and when it arrived hardly 3 months one of the legs of the storage box broke. When I call to complain they don’t pick up, take you from pillar to post. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. What you see and advertised online it’s not what you’ll get.
Netflorist is a rip off. I ordered a personalised mixed boxed flowers, the order that arrived was not as pictured on the website. They delivered yellow daisies. I complained and they exchanged the flowers. This time they were mixed but not even a single rose in the arrangement but yet the picture on the website has roses. This is false advertising and for the price that one pays for these flowers it’s a rip off.
