All I can say is Wow. From the time we booked with Garden court South beach the staff was very friendly and a special mention to the following team members who was quick and efficient Dolly and Debra from the reservations dept ( well done ladies and keep up the good work ) Breakfast was 10/10 Room was clean 10/10 Lifts were working Atmosphere and ambiance 10/10 Friendly staff 10/10 Well done management and team I will definitely recommend my family and friends.
Thava indian Restaurant ( Sumcoast -Durban ) Good evening, I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which left me quite disappointed. During my holiday in Durban, I visited Suncoast and was in search of beef ribs, as I don’t eat pork. Passing by your restaurant, I asked a waiter if you served beef ribs. He mentioned lamb ribs instead, so I decided to come back later. About two hours later, I returned, encouraged by a friend’s recommendation that Havana offered good meat options—unfortunately, by the time I arrived, they were already closed. Finally, I sat down at your restaurant, where a very friendly waiter greeted us. I asked him to bring us two of those ribs, even though I was initially skeptical. He offered us a choice between spicy and honey-glazed, and since I’ve stopped eating spicy foods, we chose the honey option. I was excited when the ribs arrived, thanks to their appealing presentation. However, our enthusiasm waned as we started eating—they turned out to be overly sweet, looked like they’d been chopped with an axe, and tasted more like goat meat with lots of small bones. We couldn’t finish them, asked for doggy bags, settled the bill, and left without looking back. Honestly, I’d rate those ribs a 1 out of 10 and wouldn’t return because first impressions matter. I’d advise you not to sell that type of ribs, and I’ll be giving mine to a street vendor but he was not there when I arrived back at the hotel. On a positive note, your restaurant looks fantastic, and your team is energetic and friendly. However, I must suggest removing those ribs from your menu. I don’t usually complain, but I felt compelled to share this feedback. Ultimately, it’s up to you what you do with it.
Game ref number : 20N5A I must express my deep disappointment and disbelief. On November 25th, 2025, I purchased a trampoline on clearance at the Game Mamelodi store as a gift. I unwrapped it on December 6th, 2025, and immediately found that several parts were missing, preventing assembly. The manual’s listed contact number, +27 105 905 075, was invalid or no longer in service. This prevents me from seeking assistance. I demand the correct contact number to report this issue and have the missing parts delivered without delay. I filed a formal complaint with the Game customer care team (websupport@game.co.za) on December 6th, 2025, and spoke to four representatives, including a supervisor, with little to no progress. I have been passed around without resolution. The only response from Game was a generic apology and a request to schedule a call. I have already authorized them to call me immediately, yet no contact has been made. I am left with a trampoline I cannot assemble due to missing parts, and the supplier’s contact details are nonexistent. This is unacceptable. I require immediate action to resolve this matter. VERY Disappointed 🙁 customer.

Unfortunately, the device is faulty, displaying a "Playback failed" error message constantly on all the apps.
