I recently made online application with Fundi for study loan, most communication took place via WhatsApp, with few discrepancies from the company., which seemed ***** for me. I received what is termed confirmation slip of Approval of the loan, but the availablity of that loan doesn't show on Fundi's official website at all. The lady and guy assisting vanished after completion of the application. I am fearing that something is really wrong
Standard bank contacted me regarding my issue of being incorrectly negatively listed on clearscore. They got back to me saying the matter has been dealt with and it was indeed incorrect listing, saying it will be amended after a month, and if not I must lodge a dispute with clearscore. I mean they incorrectly list me and don't make the means to speedily fix their wrong doing, and expect me to lodge a dispute with clearscore. The guy from standard bank didn't even furnish me with any written evidence of the fact that the matter has been dealt with whatsoever. Imagine waiting for a month to see if I should lodge a dispute with clearscore. Can I please get proper help standard bank. This is just not fair, please.
Lewis incorrectly listed me on clearscore, and then the email found on Google for complaints is not even valid. I don't know what to do.
It is unbelievable that clearscore is a one of the major organisation companies/businesses rely on to grant loans or to carry out their business. After my interaction with their(clearscore) complaints department, it is almost impossible to believe that a computerized system is used for purposes of determining individuals credit score. The impression I got is students in practice are learning to do the work with our credit profiles, and for that matter first year students. I laid a complain on Saturday consciantizing clearscore of wrongful listing that happened within a duration of 6 months, whereby my standard bank personal loan that is automatically debiting monthly on the day I got paid(I never get paid late, instead earlier other months) was reflected as not having to have been paid for a duration of 6 months. Instead of clearscore considering having to find out what transpired, they just decided to claim that it 'MIGHT 'late payments rather missed payments. I mean how can such an important organisation base their reasoning on 'might' instead of making informed decisions. Action taken by clearscore was to maintain those incorrectly listings and then amending my score, please note this time around their report left out some of my current existing accounts,adding additional accounts not owned.They( because it's hard to believe that it is system generated information)further dropped my score immediately with 8 points. To say the least, how on earth is clearscore trusted by businesses to pave a way for their decision making in doing business? Regards. M Kheswa
Reported badly with credit bureaus by standard bank wrongly for a duration of 6 months I have a personal loan with standard bank of which I've been making payments religious without acting against terms agreed upon. Standard bank handed my account over to attorneys, upon the company of attorneys contacting me I asked them how much I owe, they couldn't provide me with the amount claiming it was a wrongful hand over, albeit that being said I received calls from the company (attorneys) regularly from varying people from the company, only for them too declaring wrongful hand over. I contacted standard bank numerous times requesting them to resolve the matter since I feel harrassed by that company with endless calls. Standard bank and the company promised to resolve the matter , it has been almost 6 months and it is still not resolved. I am planning to secure a bond, only to find out that my standard bank loan is reflecting bad on my credit score. I really feel helpless in the hands of standard bank I don't know what to do.
Hollard Specialist, the Division of Hollard (Education Policy) Unbelievebly Bad Service I did an application requesting surrendering my policy and it's cancellation, within the prescribed time frame for processing it which was long before my pay date. Upon been aware that they deducted for this month they told me they haven't worked on my claim that they received long before my pay date. Now, I am basically paying for their alleged backlogs. Beware of such companies, such things might happen when you are nolonger alive or at the time you need money as per the contract for your child's education fees. Regards. M Kheswa
I've being to Potschestroom Standard Bank, 3 times to open a funeral policy, with all the needed documents, and still now it is the forth time coming back to the bank, with no luck. Worst customer service ever. I feel like crying.
