Please can someone higher than Maronell and Juan van Wyk take over this complaint. I messaged Maronell on the 12th of January 2026, I emailed her, I phoned her, and a week later she still hasn't gotten back to me about a claim. I drove to Outsurance on Wednesday the 14th of January 2026, spoke to her boss Juan, he had all the excuses under the sun for her not responding, he proceeds to say he will update me no later than Friday 16th, that day has come and gone!!! ****** on the 2nd of December 2025, still haven't received a word from Outsurance. The policy owner gave me Maronells contact details and told me to contact her, and she doesn't other to reply... just pay out the claim, so this can be closed now please???
I bought a coffee flavoured steri stumpie on a Saturday afternoon from Checkers Watefall. R18.99.... When I opened it on Sunday morning, the smell was vile, putrid, sickening, it was worse then off. the whole house stank of this vile liquid, I happened to get some on my hands when I threw the liquid away, and nothing would get rid of the stench off my hands.....I wanted to vomit, my family wanted to vomit. I got in my car with the bottle, wrapped in 3 checkers packets, took it back the Checkers, the customers and staff near the Manager desk could smell it when unwrapped. The manager asked a staff member to take it outside to discard it, even they felt ill and could not get the smell of their hands. They refunded me R18.99, the Manager said he would deal with it on Monday and get back to me ( of course he did not get back to me) he even took the batch number down........... and I get an apology letter for all that I went through. This service is below standard, and is just totally unacceptable and unprofessional..... for all the time and money wasted on something that smelt worse than 10 dead rats !!!!!!
Shocking, disgusting service. We were ****** on the 2nd of December 2025, the claim is still not sorted out!!!!!!!! The owner of the policy cannot supply a valid claim number, I cannot get through to the agent who is supposedly dealing with it. I got a claim number from Ashleigh an employee at outsurance, the claim number is for a motor vehicle accident... REALLY ??? is it that difficult to sort out and close a claim????? 5 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!!We have given all the receipts........The offer from outsurance is R11 700.00, our goods came to more than that......
Your apology letter means nothing to me, it's disgusting, for what I had to endure. I buy a vile smelling coffee flavored steri stumpie, I drive all the way back to checkers waterfall, they can't even stand the smell, they can't get the smell off their hands, I can't get rid of the smell in my house for a whole day. I get R18.99 back from checkers, an apology letter from the company, my petrol wasted, my time wasted and all you can say is " we sorry" your apology stinks just as bad as your product....... unacceptable!!!!!!
Your customer service is PUTRID..Customer Care is non existent... Is it because you are such a huge company, you don't care about the odd person??? It's 3 weeks since my complaint, I have had people phoning me, not one asked me to explain the situation and offer to resolve it. This STINKS!!!! Maybe it's because your staff don't know their ****nal from their elbow. Your Managers are useless, your staff need major training. I have had better service with a complaint from Checkers and Pick and Pay, actually Eskom's customer service is superb compatible yours. This is not made up because I am not impressed, this is fact, but you don't care!!!!
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR LACK THEREOF IS DISGUSTING!!! I suggest you look at up to date training. Your turn around time of a complaint is a week???? Come on AA !! I am so tired of telling the incident. Short version. Call the AA on 3 August 2024. Technician comes out, replaces battery, I sign, he goes. My husband wants the old battery and wants to see the report of the battery test. I phone AA on Wednesday 7th August to get this, not as simple as one would think. I get a cheeky little girl, I yell her I want to talk to a supervisor. I speak to one on Thursday 8th August, she tells me she will get back to me. Today 15th August, still nothing from the supervisor, but some worker calls me from the battery department, arrogant, not professional. I won't talk to these people who have no clue how to handle a query.
YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE!!! Your staff are in URGENT need of up to date training in this department.....AA came out to me on 3 August 2024. Car was fixed. New battery. I phoned on Wednesday 7th August with a complaint, cheeky young girl speaks to me, I asked for a Supervisor. Spoke to a supervisor the next day. I told her my husband wanted to have the old battery and see the report that shows how dead the battery is. She promised to call me back. Today is Thursday 15th August, and ?????? Still nothing from her. A person from the battery department ( not at all serious, helpful) phones me today. I want to speak to a Manager, I want my complaint handled Professionally.
CARTRACK, YOUR SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT.Because you have a product that people need in South africa, don't let your staff and departments become complacency. I have been trying to cancel a subscription for a vehicle I no longer have in my possession. No one responds. Here is the most recent one from Thando Sibiya. 12 days ago 7 April my request has been ESCALATED to the relevant department, and nothing, you are a joke. Potential clients must research all tracker companies, the after service is just as important as the point of sale service, and CARTRACK SUCKS......
Thrre is an that was deducted on my tyme bank account, it was for an overseas purchase, I don't have the money to go overseas let alone money to get the to airport.TYME BANK REFUSE TO REFUND ME!!!! THE BANK OMBUDSMAN PASSED THE BUCK BACK TO TYME BANK. If the ombudsman won't help, God help us.... bottom line, I want my money that I did not spend.
You have still not resolved my issue. You ate *****ing from me by not refunding me, !!!!! This is disgusting and unacceptable of a bank. You want business, but then you rob me. Close my account......
