**** of company 😒 I ordered online on the 18th of December until today i haven't received my order no response on WhatsApp then not answering calls no communication on. The email
unhappy with the online service I am receiving, firstly they delivered the wrong item logged a return on the 18/12/2024 no one has bothered to contact me no communication at all I want the correct item I ordered not this
Worst service ever my brother have claimed on the 22nd of October it's 31st haven't received the payout what is the delay yet all the payments have been up to date
I am so furious your driver Sifiso delivered my order short it didn't have tassenberg klipdrift and old brown I want those things delivered or refund my money for the first time using Makro online service and this is the worst experience and frustrating considering that I paid for the full order

I requested that a voucher to be refunded into my account in September as I'm not going to use it until now no one is willing to communicate or say anything my account hasn't updated I don't want to end up pay for something I didn't even use. Sent emails and called no feedback up to this point

Worst service ever I placed an order on the 23rd today is the 29th still I haven't received my order,no communication nothing, I had to waste my airtime calling them the unreliable ladies from their online told me my order was with a courier I called the courier and they told me the store didn't give them my parcel. Then had to call sweet hyper again 🙄 stupid ladies told me they gave the order to the wrong courier I am an unhappy customer 😑 still waiting for my order which I paid money for
