I ARRANGED A BOOKING IN DURBAN AT Bentley Backpackers AND TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I GOT THERE MY ROOM WAS NOT BOOKED AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY BOOKING, THEN I HAVE TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH TAKES FOREVER TO ANSWER, THEN YOU CAN BEARLY HEAR WHT THE CONSULTANT SAYSFROM THE OTHE SIDE, I WILL NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM, TOO QUICK TO DEBIT MONEY WITHOUT PROPER ARRANGEMENTS FOR BOOKINGS, WILL NOT EVEN RECOMENT IT TO NO ONE.

SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY LOOK FOR ALL POSSIBLE REASONS NOT TO PAY OUT CAR ACCIDENT CLAIM. HAVE BEEN INSURED WITH FIRST FOR WOMEN AND NEVER EXOERIENCED WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH BUDGET INSURANCE, WILL NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE, THEY ARE JUST PURE SCAM OF COMPANY.

THEY SELL YOU EXPENSIVE TRACKING UNIT AND INSTALL CHEAP ONE
I'm not happy with their service, I am paying for the better unit but it always has no signal, they have to first request signal for it, on the app its showing me 3 days ago's report as Im typing this it didn't update since 21st , I did report it but the guy named Letlhogonolo said he will investigate what is going on with my tracking unit but till now, no call from him and this unit is still doing the same, THEY SUCK CANT WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO GET FINISHED.
