I wrote a bad comment about finchoice after my stuff was not updated on mobi money and loans and phoned and the customer service people did not help either i put it on here and thank you for the people at finchoice that read it and fix the problem was sorted out with in 2 days ur customer service people can learn a thing or 2 from u guys thanx again
Been using finchoice for more than a year was using their mobi money system works like a credit card and the personal loan this year with my bonus paid my loan off and realized money was deducted from them for a funeral cover this where it starts cant use mobi money and loan after i paid i phone customer service useless answers nobody can help they say must wait for the system to update been more than a month no emails answered said would pay the funeral money back been sending emails no answers no help people are useless service even worse
Been a client for more than a year paid these assholes now they telling me can see my payment after i sent a pop **** service **** channels that dont work rather join disney or prime at least they dont ***** ur money *****s are what they are not happy after i got a few to join waka will make sure ur clients start joining a service that looks after the clients

Not happy with nedbank recoveries phones them to get a settlement ammount on the outstanding balance waited 1 hour to speak to a consultant gave me a ammount of 22 450 to settle paid it 30 oct still waiting for my bleddy letter of settlemnt paid up phoned them just said its esculated sent alot of emails not 1 reply yet useless bank useless staff not happy
Worst service ever been paying for over a year and 3 months recieved a summons due to falling behind on my debts due to my wife diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago phoned clientèle to help me send summons through i pboned them to ask if they recieved it after 3 days not once did they tell. E they recieved it phoned them 3 times after that to ask them whats happening said they would phone me back am still waiting no reply worst people to back u up rather moving to legalwise think ill get better sevice not even my family details are up to date afrer a year names are wrong
