I have been attempting to cancel my cell phone contract for over 2 months now, no one has been able to help me, i have spoken to managers and sent emails, Not a single reply to date, this service is shocking! i will definitely never get another contract through MTN again.
my washing machine door lock packed up, technicians came out promptly to asses on the 26 October, parts were supposedly ordered, 6 weeks later with multiple phone calls and emails, parts still hadn't arrived, parts eventually arrived technicians came replaced all the parts and machine still doesn't work, it is now the 20th December, nearly 2 months later and still no progress, completely un acceptable, 2 months now that I must send my clothing to a laundromat. it is now Christmas shut down and will be at least another month before anything happens, I phone daily and email often, each time you speak to a consultant, then it needs to be emailed and escalated, I am now tired of it being escalated. I am ready to drop the machine off at my nearest Makro store and be done with it, I am done!! completely over it tired of people not being able to do their jobs, never once received any feed back, I as the paying customer must always phone to put pressure

Supposedly an issue with linking drivers to food collections. 1.5 hours later after multiple attemps to contact a Mr d service agent, and several emails through the app, eventually got through to the call center and apologize for the inconvenience, whole family goes hungry because they can't keep people updated. Really not happy! And now to late to even get anything else.
I have had a number of claims over the past few years for all my animals and have never had an issue. They are quick and efficient and actually let you know what Is happening. Very refreshing to know there are still good insurance companies out there.
just bought 6 pies for ma baker at hayfields mall in pmb. all the pies were still cold, 1 the pastry was wet, and the chicken peri peri pies were off, took a bite and nearly threw up straight away, wont be going there again
Will never use flopath ever again, went to get blood test done for my pregnant girlfriend, first they couldn't get accurate pricing, then they couldn't tell us what the spcifics are that they test for, then wanted to charge an extra 10% if we wanted to pay via card. then after we leave we get phoned because they need more information, we get them the details then they phone again and need more information again, so we just reffered them to our doctor so they could get all the info they needed, we do the maternity blood work and HIV test, HIV comes back positive, we were not satisfied with the results so ended up going to lancet to get re tested, test came back negative, with all the stress that put us through I will never be going back there and I will never recommend them to anyone, infact i would encourage people not to use them, horrific service
