Worst service ever. I visited lister clinic hoping to get quicker help since its a private facility but to my surprise i was not helped at all because i was apparently standing and not sitted. I visited the facility at 11am with a csection incision that is less than two weeks old i explained to the Dr Nxumalo that i cant sit up straight for more than two hours but he didn’t even consider my pain infact her dismissed me , mind you i have been sitting for almost 4 hours and i was in a lot of pain hence i decided to stand up, i stood up at 3pm cause i was in a lot of pain so i was trying to relieve myself off the pain but i was told that i will not be assisted unless i sit down. What kind of nonsense is this i demand a full refund of my money. Dr Nxumalo is very rude he doesn’t belong in the medical fraternity he needs to be gentle with patients or look for another profession. The receptionist is worse off how can you be serving clients while you’re on WhatsApp and chatting to your friends. We demand a better service.
Mr price home online shopping is very poor. I made an online order for yo door to door delivery but unfortunately i made a mistake with the delivery address. I called the call centre to ask to change the address as they have my address under “ billing address “ they couldn’t help me the only thing they can do is cancel my order and im told it will take five days for funds to appear in my account.
I am highly disappointed in rain network its only been a few days since i joined but we have not had internet connection for over 12 hours now the only thing that is said is our technicians are busy. Give us an estimated time on when this will be resolved.
Telkom is the worst network ever. I haven’t had network in over two weeks now and the only thing they say is i will call you back. Can i please be refunded my money back and i will cancel your services.
Thr courier guy is so incompetent,my shipment that was meant to be delivered on the 14th of September has still not been delivered and there's no way you can talk with a natural person.
I recently bought staff from zara to be delivered on the 13th of September. I am still waiting for my shipment from courier guy who claims to have called me when they did not.
I don't know why capitec is not safe, R878 has be deducted from my account to zara without any authorization, can capitec return back my money asap. I did an online purchase of the 31st of October and R878 was deducted from my account , i need to know why its deducted twice. Also when you are returning the money please do not take bank charges into consideration as this is not my fault.
Capitec is the worst bank to bank with. There is no security over your money. I made an online purchase with Zara on the 11th of January, money went out of my account, then today the 20th of January the same amount goes out of my account. I went to a branch on Braamfontein to ask them to reverse the transactions but i was told that they cant help me i have to wait for 30 days to get help . I then went to a branch in Cresta for further assistance but a consultant could not even help me she was clueless of what she was doing ,she could not even read or anslyse a bank statement. Can my money please be put back into my account, how can money go out without authorisation .
