Terrible service, ****!
I placed an order on the 12th of January, I have not received my order. today it is the 06th of February nor have I heard from these guys. This is very unprofessional please expedite this I am very unhappy with your service and will be taking the matter forward if you do not address the issue They are an online store, busy ****ming people

Old lady frauded by Jet Stores
My Mom Emmah P Masombuka have been manipulated and frauded by Jet stores. She has been paying a clothing account but the balance on the account is not reducing. From Aprill 2022 her outstanding balance was R7000, she has not missed any payment, to her surprise the outstanding payment has actually increased and is currently sitting at R7200. Please somebody assist the old woman is going through depression as all her domestic worker salary is going to Jet stores. She generally goes to Centurion mall Jet store

Stealing of Sparewheel, Jack and spanners
On the 21st of November 2022 I took my car in for a service at the hatfield branch of Kia motors. My spare wheel was stolen and Jack spanners, The manager did not try to even assist me in my case to show any cameras or anything at all he is always not available. One cannot remove a spare wheel as it is meant for emergency. People must be aware of the poor service and stealing.

Funeral claim crisis
I am very disappointed, I made a funeral claim on the 21st of January as my mom passed away. I was told to wait for 48hours it has been a week with no progress I a honestly do not know what to do anymore I am dealing with a loss. must I also deal with this too. I cannot take this anymore

Funeral Cover claim dispute
I just lost my mother I am traumatized, Standard bank is refusing to accept my funeral Cover claim. They are saying I must go borrow money or take up a loan as they will not help me, please help me. I am depressed I have been with them for over 5 years
