I’ve been trading the same way, scalping and losing money, there was no issue. I made profits then they removed my profits and sent me a warning email telling me about breach of trading rules. I’m trading the same way when losing but there was no communication. As soon as I made money there was a problem and they took all my profits that I made.
I’ve never dealt with such an *********** bank in my life. A mere refund from my homeloan account is a night mare. No one knows how to assist me, each and every person I talk to has a different statement to say. Collection department cannot help. Now I’m told by a “back office” that does not even acknowledge any emails sent to them. I followed the right procedure to get my money back but it’s a different story every time I call them. They don’t even call or communicate with clients. Worst bank ever to deal with. First time interacting with them, not my primary bank.
😩 Zero recommendations. I wouldn’t recommend at all. I parked my car in CBD. When I come back car is gone. I call. Guy calls me back. Gave me a rude response I had to answer for my self. Told me “you go around parking your car everywhere” I was like “hallo I am a client and in distress right now that’s not a way to talk to a client”. He told me the car is with JMPD, to which I requested a drive to. Arrived there, car not there, never checked in. They didn’t even track the car. They just assumed which I don’t know why that it’s with JMPD. Till I checked my navigation App, showed me where the car is. Found it. Worst case scenario, if it was ******, they couldn’t locate where my car is. With a bad customer service attitude.
I was assisted by Ofentse Mtshweni. Defiantly made me smile with royal service. I called he picked up, promised to call back, couldn’t reach me, communicated via email until we were able to communicate. Awesome royal service. Thank you Ofentse. Giving you 5 stars.
A horrable experience with Thuli Thipe. Rubbish agent if you ask me. Poor poor service. Very rude to the core. I've paid the full amount of moving in, only to find out the day of inspection that I can't be let in because I didn't sign a lease to which she never said anything about. She literally shouted and me and told me there's nothing she can do to help me. This women is rude with zero customer service. It's been 1 hour 30 min waiting at the gate with zero help. Unprofessional to the highest level.

My account and FNB App shows the loan as under Wesbank. I settled and closed my account in December 2021. To my surprise I'm debited January 2022. Account not closed. I made a huge lump some on the account before settling it, then requested a settlement letter. Which I paid. Now they tell me I need to provide proof of Payment for the lump some I deposited. So when a client pays their debts up front Wesbank and Direct Axis requires proof of payment? Even after I've settled the account and sent the correct proof of payment sir settlement. Loans can be a scam. It's easy to take and try settling them. Financial providers will send you to hell before they pay. Next thing Wesbank give me cabbage of how they can't access records of Direct Axis when my loan states its with Wesbank. So help me Lord.

An extra low service and zero value for money, best represented by Telkom. It's all nice when signing a contract, then connectivity IS LITERALLY ALWAYS AN ISSUE. When I wanna cancel the contract they impose penalties ? When I sign a contract, I'm literally saying I will pay my dues. And Telkom is saying "we will deliver". Telkom only delivers disappointments ? I called from morning, literally the whole day, doing the same thing over and over again. For two days out of the blue my contract sim got cut off network. No services. Then I did all the futile steps for reconnection, nothing works. A case was open. I then use my prepaid sim, bought the LTE data, fully aware that there's coverage in my area and I've used it before. Mxm trust Telkom to disappoint. Same story. My reference number is: 59173942.
Haibo when they talk about royal service its not a lie. Clifford Maluleka the consultant who helped me, talk about efficient and excellent fast service. I locked my car keys inside the car ? he called lock Smith for me within 20 minutes they came to assist me. Clifford also called back to check if I was assisted.
