I lost current stock of my designs worth R15000+ at Rent-A-Store President park AH, 116 Kruger road. I had moved at the Same street 3month back, decided to have some of my stock by the apartment and realised of the incident and was delayed and never got to see the CCTV footage and was to accused of being incompetent.i was promised an investigation that never actually led to any follow up and I asked for the manger of which I've never met or spoken to ever since and asked for a check in and out of the day my items went missing and was told no came in to collect. The only access I applied for was me and my lil cousin. I only get a call when it's time to pay the rent and I'm being told they taking my items for action. the security guards is somewhat unprofessional, he minds my business to the annoying core, telling what car I should drive and getting involved with my employees when we have our arguments, this one time he actually wanted to have one of my employees to sign the checkin form right in front of me, such disrespect😳 and once granted access on the day my employees and I were all already in, I can't believe this scam right now. I aparanlty discovered that he sells clothes as I once ease dropped on Thier at the gate, "a windbreaker" one of the items I had lost sounds fishy yet I have no clue😑😑😑I did not work hard to be played like this guys I want my money

this company is full of scammers that overcharge clearing customs and don't ever want to let go even when you pay, they keep changing prices over ad over and seem unaware of what they doing, they must fall..they are big-time scammers
I'm really not happy with your banking services, I have been scammed R170 000 by one of your account users, I submitted all the documentation as required for your forensic department and haven't heard from you since and it seems you no longer want to help me with the request hold their account to refund me, on top of that you haven't informed me bout my investigator or what so ever, the capitec consultant and I have been calling you with no response. I am a 26-year-old fashion designer with a clothing brand company with 20-30 employees this money was supposed to help us expand income source and to expand the company, now since my employees have lost their jobs this lead to my depression that caused an accident of which I was planning to sell it to fund my employee's salary and production incentive,I'm losing hope and my staff needs me... please help me my company is at risk.
Aphiwe hlongwane has to be the worst investigator, I've been dealing with her since December 12, going back and forth on every branch, Midrand, two in jhb the and tembisa she never replies to her given emails, at the branch we literally left her 28 calls, the cell rings, I lost R1000 calling your fraud line, our business is now at risk...customers send out money without asking, we got our system crashed and explained to her that we cant keep track of our business card being on hold....my employees are not paid yet, suppliers to o and its causing conflicts....we have no rent money and month-end is here this has to be the worst experience a small business is facing Jesus help us cause our trusted banks are the reasons we falling apart , MY CELL IS GIVING ME PROBLEMS, TOO
our business card has been placed on hold by our client due to our lack of service, we had a slight glitch with our database crashing which lead us to complications with details of the client to receive his or her order, we need help with more details of the payment made on the date 2020/10/12 so that we can resolve the matter. our investigator Aphiwe Mahlangu is hard to reach, we call on a daily basis and never get an answer, we have been to the Midrand branch and we called her 28 times and she still never answers her cell. this issue is now causing more complications with our customers, suppliers, and employees. please help us as our business is at risk with us not being able to pay the suppliers their money and my employees' their salary. have not been paid since last December we are all sleeping outside this month-end thanks to your none existing service
