Recently, I have found that Bolt is not a company that serves its communities with integrity. While booking a ride, I chose the best option for me. However, I find lately that the rides are not confirmed, and you are "blackballed" into increasing the offer of the fare you have chosen. Drivers cancel rides midway through, and you are left having to waste time rebooking. This could be two, three, or four times before you have a chance of a driver accepting. I am now opting to use either Uber or InDrive.
I have been using the Contour plus. After the 3 use it was not registering. Reached out to the company, received a response and then silence. I shared my telephone number in the hope that they will call and assist me quickly but silence. I am now using an alternative device. This is the norm for South African businesses it seems.
The leadership of this 1 star company has NO clue about Customer Centricity. This shows in their 1.7 star rating and still they do not care to correct this.
What is the timeline for a complaint to be resolved. Is 48 hours a good lead time? I would think so. After a terrible experience with a sales person at Xiaomi Canal Walk, I am no closer to closing this topic. I now believe this is a clear indication and evidence of the poor leadership at Xiaomi South Africa. It for this reason that the smug sales person had the audacity to tell me I walked into his store and I should greet him. The arrogance of entitlement and the lack of articulation and understanding his reason for existing at Xiaomi. For the customer.
If you have so many bad reviews about service , one would think that you will at the least train your staff and implement best practices. I wish there was a no star rating because one is too much.
Terrible KFC Table View. I could have gone anywhere but I chose to spend my money at KFC in Table View. What a terrible experience for the staff. This is a direct reflection on the outlet manager na the training support team from HO. Absolutely terrible, I will NOT go back there.
I purchased a property through Propinvest. Terrible after sales service. 1. First, the property was delayed for almost a year with no contact from the realtor or the agent who sold me the property. The property was delivered sub standard and I am struggling with the developer. PROPINVEST have disappeared an have a dictated any responsibility. 2. Promises on return of investment was a just a sales pitch as far as I am concerned. After all me emails all I 3ver get is that a women by the name of Lauren will get someone to contact me. They are too pathetic to pick up the phone to call THEIR client. Think twice when dealing with them.
I bought into this business franchise and what a terrible experience. Broken promises and do not bother to respond to emails or messages. Anyone considering doing business with this company should think twice.
