My family and I are frequent visitors to the restaurant and have always enjoyed great food, excellent service, and memorable experiences, which makes this review particularly disappointing. Reservation Details: 4 guests – 10 May 2026 at 12:30 * The reservation was made on Monday, 4 May with Richard and later confirmed via a phone call from Deon on Wednesday, 6 May. We specifically booked a half-booth with chairs. * Upon arrival, Richard informed us that the booked and confirmed table was no longer available, and the only option offered was a small 4-seater table situated approximately 5 metres from the busy front-of-house area. * We were allocated a waitress who appeared overwhelmed and disinterested in serving our table. *My 6-year-old daughter had to leave the table herself to request colouring pages and crayons from the front-of-house staff. * Throughout the service, I had to request drinks, meal orders, table clearing, condiments, and the bill from four different waitrons. * After each course, tables were left uncleared for extended periods, to the point where I eventually cleared glasses and crockery myself and placed them on a neighbouring empty table. * It was evident that waitrons were focused more on turning tables quickly than properly attending to seated guests. * On what was clearly a very busy Mother’s Day service, there appeared to be no visible leadership or floor management to support staff and ensure a smooth customer experience. As loyal patrons, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we have come to expect from the restaurant. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve both service delivery and customer experience during peak trading periods.

Makro Cape Gate - store visited 14:00, 23 September * visited the store to purchase 3 x Raleigh 29" MTB and 1 x towbar bike carrier. * store assistant and mangeress had absolutely no product knowledge pertaining to the bikes or bike carrier. * I offered to take assembled bikes on display but they could not pump up wheels or tighten seats. * they were unable to provide me with assembled bikes nor assembled bike carrier. * i was informed that tech staff only works Wed - Sun and I should come back then instead.
Our Fibre line has been down for 4 days, no technician has been out to assist.
SUNDAY 8 September 2024 Time - 13:30 * childrens play area littered and unkept. * no staff member overseeing play area or issuing armbands to kids. * waiter serviced our table 15 minutes after seating us. * glasses served stained with lipstick, dirty and kids glass chipped. Waitress blamed this one dirty cloth used to dry glasses. * requested waiter to remove dirty plates and untensils was met with a smirk, only removed after I requested this of manageress at reception.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my pool installed 2 years ago by De Cerff Projects. * No after sale support, did not pitch up to agreed upon scheduled appointment/inspection - without any apology or communication. My subsequent efforts to contact them are ignored. * failure to honour their 5 year warranty on workmanship. * failure to honour 3 year warranty on hardware. * non - compliant electrical work, I have had to resort to connecting an extension lead from house to pool pump. * paving work done is sagging, uneven and loose in certain areas around pool.
KFC Eersteriver I visited this store on Friday the 31 Jan 2021 at 12:30pm and made use of the drive thru enroute to our family week end away. I had such a pleasant experience, I was met with a smile and professional service at both windows. I havent experienced this in a while. The meal i received was well prepared and had everything i ordered plus condiments. Thank You.
Had a lunch at this venue on Thursday 14 October 2021. Staff were all friendly, great service and moreover fantastic meal. The pizzas are fantastic and at a reasonable price!
Whenever I order food from his outlet (drive through)the order is always incorrect. I've informed store managers about this but the problem persists. Either the incorrect amount of chicken, no chips or no burger.
