Mxolisi Dlamuka, the sales consultant who asisted with my home route purchase. firstly, he never asked me for my contact numbers while placing the order, which resulted in the courier company not be able to reach me to arrange for the delivery. After a delay of more than 1 week, I reached out to him, and he never shown any remorse about inconviniencing me due his incompetence. Furthermore, when DSV eventually came for delivery, I emailed and called him to let him know that DSV did not want to leave the parcel due to biometric system, and he never came through
****py service at its best.ordered a parcel from MTN on 14 April and was told DSV will deliver it within 5 business days. Been following up with DSV for two weeks, and no delivery been made. Today, 29 April they decide to come, and they use this stinky stupid biometric system, which does not work, and guess what, they have no alternative measure in place to deal with this, except returning with the parcel. Called the head office and newcastle office,to assit with this while driver still around, and all the consultants were very useless.
Took very long to deliver my item. Got a completely false update that my item has been delivered, when it was never. Poor communication
Old fashioned, and don't seem to be very petty about documentation, without understanding the purpose of the document. They kept asking for my June bank statement showing the 25th salary despite m numerous attempts to inform that that the bank statement is not yet available[fnb], and the transaction history also goes as far as 26 June. I did print from the fnb which showed all transactions for the month of June, they rejected that saying they want statement from the bank, despite this coming directly the fnb platform. I also submitted my June payslip to make things easier, but no, they don't understand they payslip, they only know bank statement. very inconveniencing people to deal with, and not worth the time
Bought some items online, unfortunately the courier could not deliver my item citing that my location is risky. items were then returned to the store, but my refund is not forthcoming despite numerous attempt to reach out to them. I am being flatly ignored as if I am annoying them now. its inconveniencing to wait for your money this long, when you were quick to take it. very bad service
Scam! run away. just wasted my money. wish I read the reviews before wasting my 300 rands on a non existent toothpaste. never got delivered
Honest and credible company. mistakenly overcharged me, Was not even aware, but they contacted me letting me know, and refunded me.
