Princess KRR1MPA was the best consultant she showed patience and professionalism infact I wish every home connect customer can be helped by this amazing princess, she showed skill and dedication to resolving my issues without loosing patience since I am not tech savvy infact she made me feel like I can resolve this issue my self next time but we all know the can only be one princess and that’s princess who helped me!
very poor service, and ****, ****, ****, ****, They have delivered a router that is not working and over five days now without internet, now they want 1000 rand cancellation fee yet I haven't had internet since delivery. RUN AWAY FROM HOME CONNECT THEY WILL **** YOU TRUST ME I AM AT A LOSS NOW (R1000)
My car got bumped in their premises at night, I woke up to report the situation by the reception and requested for the footage so that I can submit to insurance since the person who bumped the car is unknown, they are not willing to help and not willing to take this matter seriously, we only realise that these places are not safe and secure when we are faced with a situation. I am currently experiencing the worst pain from these guys,I can’t top up my metre box since last night and I’ve complained about this before but here we are once again,there’s no agent available on their app,via email they not responsive I have have lost so much on work for two days because of them I can’t even top up electricity as I am typing this I had to connect by the estate restaurant with hopes they will help me
Every time I have to top up my electricity I face problems, then I go to the app to seek help guess what I must remove the meter box from one room to the next all the time and plug it in different sockets, it’s honestly irritating because one time I had zero electricity and it took me 30 minutes to just recharge!!!!
I am very disappointed as a customer about these guys worse the is a consultant named "Lee Bautlwanye" who was meant to assist me and was just rude and not willing to understand I could even hear her laughing during the call when they suspended my internet after we had a confirmation/agreement that they will only suspend it on the 20th October due to their inconvenience of cutting my internet even after I have paid for couple of days. DONT USE COOL IDEAS!
BAD SERVICE!!!! I paid for September and my internet was working just fine up until Friday afternoon it started buffering and suddenly went off, i logged in several tickets on their system with no help it’s been three days without internet which affected my online business and life in general, till today I don’t have internet and with no assistance at all which makes me so mad because there’s no explanation nothing! I want my money back and I will just sign up with another fibre provider because this is not good at all COOL IDEAS ITS A TOTAL NO!
Hi team Please note that I am still waiting for your manager call regarding the debit order. I got a call from billing and they advised me that I am going to pay R 835 end of May/1st of June. I then budgeted the R835 only to find out two day's ago that you guys need R1500 which for me its not practical and and in bridge of our agreement. Urgently advise how can we get to the bottom of this matter and find a solution that serves everyone. Because I am not paying R1500 that I didn't budget for. Regards Mashilo B
