I would not recommend Progressive Housing Investments. They are far from honest or "progressive" in their approach. Instead of clear and transparent communication, they bombard you with confusing legal jargon and try to intimidate you into a corner. Rather than treating people with respect and decency, they take an aggressive and dismissive approach, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. If they simply communicated like human beings, they might receive the same courtesy in return. Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism and poor customer service make it impossible to recommend them. Proceed with caution.
Every time I’ve taken my car in for a wash I am disappointed. The charge almost R300 for a wash and they rush it and do a bad job. I had to call them to show them how much dust and dirt was still left on my car. When it happened the first time I could let it slide, but 3 times in a row is terrible.
I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received. I completed my medical exam at the Discovery Centre in Sea Point, Cape Town, less than a month ago. Despite this, I’ve had to chase up the use of my report, even though the app shows the extra points from the exam, proving it was uploaded to your system. To make matters worse, my advisor, Mr. Banda, has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process. His lack of professionalism and friendliness has made an already frustrating experience even worse. I would strongly recommend assigning a more competent and customer-focused advisor to handle my case.
I find myself at a loss of patience. Despite diligently fulfilling all the requirements of Naked Insurance and providing necessary documentation, there has been no resolution to my claim. The financial strain of renting a car has left me in a precarious situation, both financially and without personal transportation. The responses from Naked Insurance and Neville Bishop have been consistently ambiguous, and the simple claims process is being needlessly prolonged. Upon conducting research, I've discovered that I'm not alone in experiencing subpar service from Naked Insurance. Given my unfortunate experience, I strongly discourage anyone from choosing Naked Insurance for their insurance needs.
I'm extremely disappointed with Naked Insurance and their handling of my claim. Despite promptly filing the claim a day after my accident, it took them over two weeks to contact me. I diligently provided all the required documents and agreed to meet, even accommodating a meeting at my workplace. Despite my cooperation, they continue to pursue me aggressively, treating me as if I were a ********. To make matters worse, I've had to resort to using a car rental and Uber to commute to work. This ordeal has persisted for a month now, and the absence of a car is untenable for my role at work, where having a vehicle is a prerequisite.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise in the retail industry, but I believe that customers should be informed of any potential issues well in advance. Waiting until the day before the scheduled delivery to inform me that my order cannot be fulfilled is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the customer service standards of @home.
Webafrica was supposed to pay me back my deposit for my router. I call them 2 weeks later to ask what the status is regarding my payment? They said that they credited my account with the money, I don't have an account with them anymore. So if you don't follow up, they will just take your money.
