I was with Webafrica for almost 2 years and I canceled their services because I moved. When I canceled I was told that all services are canceled and no further debits will take place. 3 months later an amount of R2000 gets deducted from my account when I contacted them regarding this they advised it was for cancelation fee as well as the router. I am so so angry because I was never told about this. Beware they are ****mers and do not inform people about these things just to make sales.
I am so disappointed in Hyperli and there false advertising. I bought a voucher with for a body spa treatment , it stated that you have to make a booking 24 hours in advance. When I tried to make a booking 48 hours in advance I was advised that all Saturdays are fully booked for the whole month and the voucher is about to expire in 1 week. I am now forced to inconvenience myself and make a booking sometime during the week before the voucher expires, as I did not get any response when requesting for a refund. I feel that this could have been avoided should hyperli advised that I have to book more than 24 hours in advance. I'm never buying anything from them again!
I would like to know why IDM Holding is appearing on my credit report as something that is in arrears where as policies with them were cancelled in February 2024. I have received a paid up letter from them and also paid up my bebt with debt busters in full (clearance certificate received). But IDM holdings is still reflecting on my credit report and effecting my credit score. I have contacted them and they advised that it shouldn't be reflecting and that it would be a updated, 2 months later its still reflecting.
As I have reached the end of my journey with DebtBusters, I'm very grateful for the service that I received over the past 6 years.
