What a pathetic Company regarding aftersales service. Did not even bother to reply to recent emails sent. My list of previous / current products : 1. Hug Bug 2. BULL SHARK PRO 3. DOMINATOR® PRO 4. KREEPY KRAULY® PRO x 2 units ( works for 2 years each and then caput ) 5. CLEAN & CLEAR® filter 6. ICHLOR® SALT CHLORINE GENERATOR 7. INTELLICHLOR® CHLORINE GENERATOR And this is list since 2004. I could be described as a faithful supporter. But it ends today. SHAME ON YOU
Does this Company exist or are they to ashamed to be associated with Kreepy Krauly / Pentair products . There is absolute no aftersales service. And to think it originated in South Africa. Ferdi Chauvier ( RIP ) must be rolling in his grave.
This is a company that makes it extremely difficult in contacting right person for specific services. Don't even try phoning head office in Stellenbosch. The operator is never available and suddenly a voice note states that they are experiencing technical difficulties before line is suddenly cut off. Currently VOIP phones were paid for 10 days ago with NO response to when installation will take place !! AND this is not for normal home service BUT FOR MEDICAL PRACTICE that's experienced Telkom Copper Connection problems to PABX system and forced to migrate to VOIP. SHOCKING.
DO NOT buy online. Without your permission your order is changed to other items. Try to get hold of them at 16h34 on 0860300999 and the agent to whom call is directed to slams down phone or just does not speak. I guess it has to do with Call Centre hours being 08h00 - 17h00. ****** lazy agents who cannot wait to clock out. Siss, you are a disgrace !!!!!
Absolute pleasure dealing with them. Received faulty item and was replaced within a couple of days !!!! If the other online stores only will follow suite !!!!!!!
Do NOT use this company for Medical related products !!! As Medical Practitioner I placed and paid for an order on17/02/2023. Delivery claims of 3-5 working days stated. Phoned 21/02/2023 to enquire whereabouts and was told item was in Cape Town and I should receive it by today ( 24/02/2023 ). Enquired again today only to be told that item is in Cape Town and that they should receive item today OR Monday in Gauteng. But I live in Garden Route area !!! That means I should only receive by 03/03/2023. There was NO explanation offered and apathy in the order of the day.
What is your company's problem ? You are unsuccessfull in closing my Accounts and also useless in having the two routers collected from the correct address. I have requested to have the accounts closed on 28 July 2022 and you are still submitting debit orders. What is my next step ? Registering a fraud case ?
What part of cancelling a contract do they not understand ? I have phoned, emailed and used whatsapp trying to cancel my 2 contracts due to Supersonic/MTN inability to provide service during load shedding. No return call from any agent has been received since 22/07/2022. I have Medical Practice to run and have just not the time for such incompetency. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
I am fortunate to have obtained HEROTEL Fibre connection in rural area where ADSL and LTE ( no connection whilst load shedding ) . Amazing ! By accident I reset router causing lost connection. My bad. Within 2 hours of placing ticket on their website the problem was solved !! And that being on a Saturday night !! Cudos to them. Why all the negative reviews ? Spoilt for choice ? Well done Igen/Herotel.
