Waiting for paid up letter since it has been promise to me and also updating of my credit profile. Nedbank did sent letter on 15 December 2025. I did follow up with your offices, has been promise that it will be sent, but with all my follow ups, nothings has been received yet, thus the new review. On my credit profile is a installment amount of R 42 006 that has a negative effect on my credit profile all these time and it also has still not been updated. I really do not know what to do anymore as it seems that your offices ignored me after almost every day you called me the time that I was in debt. Your company seems to keep me trap by not providing the letter and updating my credit profile.

To date I did still not receive any emails. MBD keep on collecting money from my bank account. DMC agent informed me that MBD must stop making deductions from my Bank account and can phone them for clarity as it seems that MBD's records has not been updated in this regard. They were suppose to stop collecting September 2025. I am trying to contact MBD but cannot get through to there offices. Tried numerous times but line cut out even sometimes without ringing. Emails are also bouncing back. In the meantime I keep on disputing the debit order and does it cost me.

Me and my wife did make payments as we could afford it as we have different accounts with Nedbank that falls into arrears because of financial difficulties. We are not receiving what we are requested when asking for detailed statements to see what our debt really is. They keep on calling and later on Brooks and Luyt agents called and mentioned how much we owe but we never agree to what they were saying we are owing and did request again statements. I did approach Nedbank directly on 17 March 2025 as I could not get through to the attorneys with whom my account seems to be and request again a statement from Nedbank. Confirming my details the agent of Nedbank had it totally wrong as he mentioned that my Postal address is in Rivonia, etc. on which I said that my details seem to be incorrect on their system. The agent quickly move from that point and did I try to make him attend on the fact that the details seem to be wrong on their system, maybe why I never receive any statements for all this time? Nedbank/Attorneys even put on my credit profile (ITC) that my monthly installment is approximately R 44 500 per month which blocked me from doing any business trying to get myself out of debt. How can one have an installment of R 44 500 ? The Nedbank agent who got my details wrong informed me that my account has been handed over to legal when it stands on R 28 500 after I told him that I think I owe R 25 000 the time that I start to fell in financial difficulties?! According to agent interest is still added to account,etc. We are really trying to settle but cannot do so when Nedbank/Attorneys are not bringing their part and do we struggle for all these years just to get detailed statements out of them as we do not now what we are owing and if we are still owing after all these years. I in the meantime even show Nedbank that I am bringing my part by paying off the overdraft a few months ago which were also in arrears with them. At least I could see what I was really owing and made that payment.
A company by the name of EFGlegal seems to have been appointed by Nedbank to do collections. With a lot of ups and downs eventually a motivational letter for settlement, bank statements and other proof has been sent to EFG who confirm( email below ) that information has been sent to Nedbank. To date no communication whatsoever has been received from NEDBANK or EFGlegal. My wife has been struggling for quite some time to get a detailed statement on what her debt with Nedbank is. The attorneys did promise to sent her detailed statement but to date nothing. Only thing is the lot of messages and phone calls she receives with offers of up to 60% discount on debt. How can you accept settlement offers if you do not know what your real debt are for all these years? According to agents that are calling the amount she seems to owe for all these years that she experience financial difficulties ( was unemployed for some time ) are now double( strange that it is almost the same amount that I also according to them seems to owe Nedbank which make things complicated and make one think?) My wife a few weeks ago ask for settlement, but request real amount that she owe but to date Nedbank did not seem to respond to the attorneys requests that has been submitted. In meantime my wife has been ****med and has the money she kept in her bank account for those purpose been withdrawn by *****sters. Know she do not answer unknown calls and are still requesting Nedbank and these external attorneys to sent detailed statement to her email address which are suppose to be on their systems since debt has been handed over to attorneys as well as attending to her offer to settle, but do we need to agree first on what is really owing. Nedbank is also putting the amount that is unknown and in question on my wife's ITC as an installment ( SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT WHICH IS MORE THAT WHAT SHE IS GETTING AS A SALARY ) which make it difficult to do business and try to get out of this debt and start a fresh especially after COVID as this is when things really starts to get difficult.

RCS consultants are of the worst you can get.My wife has been trying to get a settlement amount but without any success.When she call promises to call her back are made but do no one call back.She is currently unemployed and do I not understand why they cannot assist her even when she was at Beaufort West Foschini branch to request settlement.Consultant did not want to give settlement amount and told Foschini sales person they will call my wife. 3 Days later and a whatsapp complaint send and still no answer. Think my wife must keep her last money and wait for them to hand over account and refuse to pay base on all past experiences and proof that she did try to pay off account when she did have some money.RCS is worst and DO I think they do not want people to close accounts as they make lots of money out of interest and phonecalls charges. Still waiting for them to reply on my wife whatsapp message and promise made this past Tuesday when phoning from Foschini that they or even collection attorneys will call.RCS is worst and DO I think we all must go cash and see how they will survive.
