I would never recommend MTN to any living person. I took an upgrade on my data contract. I changed my mind and now I’m being told I cannot cancel. They give me a number to call some EOS upgrade and now when I call, their phone doesn’t go through. It took me 5 minutes to get this upgrade but to cancel it is taking more than 7 days. The final verdict is that I must wait for 10 days and then they will cancel for me at fee. MTN is the worse service provider and I’m changing this with immediate effect and I’ll tell everyone I know to cancel too.
Application process nice and easy…staff is friendly and patient. Willing to assist with any questions. I app**** in store with a young man called Rori. Such a helpful and dedicated young man.
Great service. Great food. Literally paid R250 for a full meal with my wife and you get a cup of coffee!!! Love it.
Use company at own risk!!! The only way this company makes money still is because shops use them, so they take advantage then don’t care about the customers. I order all star converse about 2 weeks ago. I get an sms everyday saying that my parcel is coming then nothing comes. I call in daily and I am not assisted at all. They either hang up on me and they don’t ever call me back. Service is extremely horrible here.
Very nice place on social media but you get there, the parking is very limited and you’re supposed to park outside the venue where your car is left unattended. Then there’s armed response. Why do you need guns to protect kids? That was a bit strange on my end. There’s no food for adults really, what they have is all horrible. The kids food is the same, and too expensive for the quantities. Free. Advise: get a food company to rent out your cafeteria area then let them deal with food and you guys deal with the play area. And just as a cherry on top, there was this Indian lady shouting at clients because they were leaving about 5 minutes late after their session (that was not so professional, there’s others ways to deal with such issues unlike fighting and swearing infront of our children)
I was given a 2 year contract with 15Gigs per month for R115. Unbelievable deal, I even told the sales guy. The people say they’re from MTN little did I know that actually they outsource the people to sell you these things. So now apparently the 15gig was for one year. The rest of the contract is 2 gig and 100 minutes. Not what I wanted.
Please develop your app so that you can’t choose certain dates because you guys don’t operate on Sunday. Why would a flowers business close??? I had no idea. Learnt the hard way I guess. Why do they accept orders for Sunday when they know they’re closed on Sunday?? I had no idea a flower business closes on Sundays. Rather have a warning on the app if you gonna be closed on the day of delivery because now what’s the point of getting the flowers the following day? If I knew I would’ve just gotten flowers elsewhere because on Monday if they deliver I won’t be needing them anymore.

I took out something called essential cover as soon as I paid off my car. Told the agent that I’m not a new driver who will just claim for a bumper or windscreen. I need an insurance that will cover me in the event of THEFT, BEYOND REPAIR/WRITTEN OFF CAR. I specifically said this!! So with this cover, if you get an accident, they pay out something like 30% of the value of the car for you to fix (I was never gonna claim to fix anyways, didn’t care) my amount was at a maximum of 35K. Guess what, if your car is written off or is involved in an accident beyond repair, they will only pay you 35K!! They don’t tell you this on the policy, I’m just making you aware now. Call them and ask if you don’t believe it. As for me, I found out when a sales agent wanted to give me comprehensive cover. To add salt to injury, I asked them to give me the recording of when I took this cover because I specifically said what I want. It’s been 3 weeks, I do not have the recording even now because they know they’re wrong and they owe me all my premiums back because I was ****med basically. I really loved OUTsurance hey, I recommend it always and this is the thanks I get. Insurance is a big **** nje, from small companies to the conglomerates.
