I made a fibre order on 09 December 2025 via MWeb, today is 7 January 2026 and the fibre has not been connected. I called MWeb several times to follow up and they tell me OpenServvhas not placed the order. I hear OpenServ is affiliated with Telkom and the poor service makes sense. I am cancelling and trying a different supplier.
I received a five star treatment from Caroline Teeling, who was consistent from the day I sent an inquiry about the property. She made the entire process so seamless. She did not stop at selling the property, but also gave great after-sale service. I am definitely going to hunt her down for my next property. She is so professional and super kind. Hellopeter does not have enough stars.
I was the last person to enter and be seated and I was rudely welcomed by a hostess named Jade Bastian. She had such a bad attitude and very poor manners for someone whose job is in hospitality. The people sitting n3xt to me also commented on her attitude and rudeness. SAfair please train your employees on hospitality and how to talk to people. The two stars are for the rest of the crew who were so amazing and friendly. Those ones made my experience a little more bareable
I booked this hotel by mistake, I thought I was booking at ICC. I got welcomed by a nice gentleman for concierge, but when I entered, I was in disbelief. The reception looks like a motel, the entire floor smells of urine, and there's no covered parking. Their prices don't match their service. I wouldn't recommend this so called hotel.

THEY **** ABOUT ATTEMPTED FAILED DELIVERY. 2 MONTHS LATER I AM STILL FIGHTING TO GET DELIVERY OF A BIRTHDAY PRESENT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED A LONG TIME AGO. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED❗❗❗
I regret buying clothes from them. I've been waiting for weeks since the estimated delivery date and I can't reach them on any type of media. I would never recommend them, especially if you're in South Africa! My money's gone, just like that.
I have been waiting for my delivery for weeks. When I track on the app, it shows it arrived in South Africa almost 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Worst courier service company ever!!!!!! They also don't answer calls or reply to emails. So frustrated. So muchomey that I've wasted on the item they were supposed to deliver.
They are currently our service provider for skips and waste management. They are the worst service provider I've ever worked with. If you're running a construction site and want to avoid getting poor audit scores and noncompliances, don't appoint this company.
My parcel (graduation certificate) was apparently delivered and signed for. I never got any contact with regards to this delivery from Skynet and when I called them they told me it was signed for. The proof of delivery has a fake signature, incorrect name and no ID number or any contact details of the person who signed for it. This means they did not do any due deligence before giving my parcel away but now they are telling me there is nothing they can do. Surely asking for identification of the person accepting a parcel is a basic requirement. But not for Skynet clearly. If I could rate them -5, I would. Horrible service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!
