I have just had a very bad experience with DecoFurn. I ordered a coffee table and chose the store collection option, why because I do not have the R300 delivery fee!!! Now I get to the store and the item has scratches and I was offered a different colour because the shop didn't have the colour I ordered in stock. upon refusing to take their colour available, I was told by the store manager that I would have to order again and I would have to "collect again"! or I will have to opt for a refund!!!! I left the shop and told them I was going back to work. I get home and call DecoFurn Customer Care and I was told the Item can not be delivered for free, I must pay a delivery fee? how when I have driven to the shop and wasted my petrol for nothing??? How is this my fault that I found the item damaged? Why cant the DecoFurn delivery for free? Is this how DecpFurn treats customers? and I was told the refund is already being processed without them even confirming I wanted a refund? Decofurn does not respect customers and heir time and money.
These people are rude. They have no respect for tenants at all. Do not consider them!!!!!
MiWAY is being unfair to long-term clients. I have been with Mi-Way since 2018 to date, I have never claimed, been paying, no benefits. The premium and Excess just go up. I called not so long ago to change my address, my premium went down from 592 to 478.83 excess 3500 in March (R113.17 difference), Excess didn't change I didn't complain, and now in April it goes up again to R610.22 excess R3900 WHY???? (R131.39 UP) EXCESS now R400 more, why , What was the point of taking it down in March, why cannot I continue paying the same premium and excess??? and when I try to negotiate nothing can be done why, wow kudlalwa ngathi la
My daughter and I started using these products about two months ago, worst decision ever!!!! Both our hair has fallen off terribly, I have no choice but to cut my hair now, I look like Velaphi Mjongeni as I type this review. I am really heart broken. As for my daughter, It breaks my heart that she has lost her natural hair.
Outsurance could not beat my monthly premium and since I haven't claimed in 3 years, I was expecting the R1500 but they do not want to send the link, telling me they have sent the email, which is untrue.
