Useless Insurance
This is just a ****. Their client bump into my car and he said he has 3rd party insurance, now the insurance does not want to pay and stating I was wrong. How can I push my car from my yard to the street at 12am? How possible is that their client did not see my car and worse their client was drunk. Such a useless Insurance, I would not reccommend anyone to use this Insurance.

Useless Customer Support Team
Nonsense service from Bolt Support Team. I requested for a car and I insert the wrong address. I am aware of cancelation fee of R19, which was not a problem. The trip was R75, all am asking for is my refund of R66 and they telling me I cannot get it. This is just nonsense.

Nuisance calls

Rude Employee
I have never experience such horrific employer speaking so bad to their employees. An Employee was given a tip by happy customer, however the Employer was rude to the employee in front of other customers.

Hi, This company is just a ****. The agent by the name of Ayanda did not even know what she was talking about. She wanted to cancel the first incorrect mandate and send the correct mandate of R699. I told her that I have to check that it has been cancelled first, she then dropped the line. Her manager called and still could not explain the R699 is for what. This company needs to be taken to the Ombudsman together with MTN. They are *********** people with this thing.

Vodacom Online Upgrade Team (08217844) useless
Vodacom online upgrade team(08217844) is just a piece of work. Been told to wait for some lady who helping with the upgrade, to call me. Every agent tells me that she will call me. I called even today, still. What the hell, I just want to do an upgrade that's all.
