I can not be going back and forth about what is due to me. When you decide to dismiss a person for future reference please make sure that all the papers are in order. I can not be begging you to send me my documents for claims, Instead immediately when i leave all my papers should at Hand so we shake hands and say Goodbye in Peace. How is that since November I have to beg your H.R to do right by me... She doesn't even know how to tax employees Correctly one can't even do returns at SARS yet huge amounts gets taxed. I asked her about my Provident fund that why the companies contribution wasn't added she said it's there apparently some of the amount covers Insurance ans whatever she listed. On the exit document she was suppose to pay my commission but suddenly for questioning or raising my concerns about full salary pay that was prorated she removed amount too. SHE SHOULD REALLY STOP RUNNING SOPEMAS ISSUES LIKE A MICKEY MOUSE GAME. I am fuming right now it's unfortunate that i can't attach her response but will copy and paste to show how INCOPETENT she is 13th November We have processes related to Liberty and Sanlam. We will process as quickly as possible, but the other entities have processes too. 11th December 2024 When when we called her she said she's on leave she can't assist I'll wait until she gets back 30 December 2024 My UIF documents were finally sent. 16th January 2025 She sent forms from Sanlam imagine after how long and apparently those papers were incorrect so I need to sign again. 21 January 2025 Hi Faith, they have returned your form, incorrectly completed.I will have to complete for you.I will call to get your details. 23 January 2025 I have to redo the document and you have to sign again. So you will have to wait to receive and action, then I can submit. I also have other items with deadlines so it can't be done immediately. So to me this is just on another level, she doesn't have a sense of urgency and doesn't care what happens to us. As long as she gets paid another person matters not. This is my contribution that was taken off my salary so I don't understand why I have to beg Sopema to do right by me.
Sanlam has the most terrible service ever. My former company submitted a claim in November and was told Funds will be paid within 4 to 6 weeks, no communication or whatsoever from them, when you send an email no response for over a month now and calls even worse I call on a Daily and would stay on the libe for over 10 minutes without speaking to any consultant from Client care Today Spent over 20 minutes and the voice over kept on saying they are experiencing HIGH CALL VOLUME 😔This is depressing to be waiting on something with no response or positive feedback... Can onr get assistance please and pay claims in time
I am very shattered HONESTLY, I dont understand how things work with the Road accident Fund, my mother was involved in a car accident in 2018 and she app**** with them, from the day of the accident till 2021 she followed up on her application and was promised it will be processed, I took them full 2 years to process the claim and when all was finally approved and RAF wanted to offer her funds she was Late.. Yes we are not minors but she was our provider and we depended on her SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY HER FUNDS HAD TO BE REVERSED NOR CANCELLED SHE DESERVED TO BE COMPENSATED, The reason I am writing this is because i think my mom's money was paid and as we all know how ******* our country is People decide what is right for the deceased dependants.. I am taking this further for Investigation because something doesn't add up.
Can we get the same service everywhere. One has choice to buy any meat they wish to eat. This isn't 1st time Orlando East Chicken offers a bad Service. So I ordered 9 Piece of meat and they said there isn't enough meat they'll mix with white meat.. I then understood that. When I was collecting my order 1 piece of meat was missing and went back to let them know in Process they added 5 white meat and drumstick, and 3 thighs and took it... But because of how rude the employees were u asked for money back and as I walked one of the employees said I am crazy.... So in Future teach your people customer satisfaction.. And Emphasize that a Customer is always right... Rudeness in the work place shouldn't be tolerated.... BAD SERVICE and if it's owned by blacks they shouldn't bring black service tendency in the hood.
Edgar's Maponya Mall service is not doing it for me I bought shoes at South gate and wanted to do an exchange there they literally refused to exchange be side I didn't have original receipt from the exchange I did previously... They would have done a print out or requested one from them, I really don't understand one should be sent from Pilar to post... We use money and petrol to travel so I don't have time to run around.... Black people are being treated like we don't know things.... For future reference be accommodative.... And get advanced systems that will assist a client in all shops. 😡😡😡
I took a contract with mtn in 2021 been paying since. Sometime last lost my data Sim and went to do a sim swap in store at Maponya Mall. Since then my data plays disappearing act. It gets loaded then after two days I get an SMS that data is depleted. I called in and the lady that assisted me said I muggy have subscribed for something, she gave me a code to check but when I did it showed no subscription. I PAY FOR A DATA I HARDLY USE WHICH IS UNFAIR PLEASE FIX THIS BECAUSE IT'S TIRING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T BENEFIT YOU
I expected a lot from Child services no I am not getting the help I need. I am a mother of a boy child, a minor who was forcefully taken by his father and currently not on his care because his an addict but my son leaves with Grandmother and Boyfriend in a shack..... My son's well being isn't at good state which is why I am fighting tooth and nail to get him back.... This matter has pro longed so much so that I feeling defeated The court nominated someone to assist me but on my 2nd appearance there's no social worker available to take my case and before my third appearance I got from one of the social worker she was very rude and told me straight that she doesn't work overtime so she won't proof that my story is true... SO HOW WILL THIS BE INCLUDED IF WE GET SUXH FROM THE OFFICIALS. I THEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM LETTIE 2 DAYS BEFORE MY COURT DATE SAYING THAT WILL MEET ON COURT FOR HOME VISITS WHERE NOT DONE THEN. WE MET EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND APPEARED BEFORE COURT WITH THE FATHER. THE AGREEMENT WAS THAT MY SON WILL SPEND A WEEK WITH ME AND SPEND THE NEXT WITH HIMTHEY DIDN'T OBEY THAT STILL.... HE THEN VISITED DURING DECEMBER HOLIDAYS AND MY SON LOVED BEING WITH US AND WAS PLANNING TO RETURN HOME TO ME BUT A DAY BEFORE THE SCHOOLS OPEN THEY FETCHED HIM WITHOUT MY CONCERN AGAIN and didn't even bother to communicate with me as his mother. When went to fetch him they refused for my son to see me and said he didn't want to see me anymore, they where swearing and insulting me and the grandmother wanted to beat me up too and also mentioned that she will still show me and id wish to raise my mother from the grave. Days after the scene the POLICE CAME KNOCKING AT MY HOUSE TO SERVE ME WITH 4 PROTECTION ORDERS. SO THIS IS ALSO PREVENTING ME TO SEE MY SON, THEY MAKE HIM MISS SCHOOL AT TIMES IN DECEMBER THEY FAILED TO PAY THE TRANSPORT DRIVER AND SHE CAME COMPLAINING TO ME. SO THIS MATTER SHOULD COME TO AN END AND PROPER INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE DONE IF CHILD WELFARE FAILS TO ASSIST PLEASE LET ME KNOW I AS MXOLISI MOTHER WHO RAISED HIM ALONE AFTER LEAVING AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP THAT NEARLY MADE ME CORPSE WILL FIGHT TO GET SON AND I'D RATHER GIVE AWAY AT A HOME RATHER THAN HAVING HIM TO BE RAISED BY THAT FAMILY... One calls your offices but there is no answer and I leave messages but I don't get called back WHY😭😭😭
I am very disappointed at Avon been sending emails from last month till date there is no Response, they delivered 100 Justine books that I don't remember ordering and was told to send an email explaining.I did that but still no Response and those books amount to R450 which was invoiced...I don't have a lot of customers so I don't understand what I should do with do many books please advise on what I should do because I can't pay for books I don't have a use for ....Hope this time will get response because your service is poor
Based on the previous review I wrote I spoke to Coleen who promised to give me feedback about my Moms policy but till date I haven't had any response. I believe getting a reprediation letter doesn't take even 24 hours and it be attached on their system but till date I have no Response about moms policy and I will stop to get answers regarding my issue For last time please send me the Letter so can escalate matter to @ Old Mutual do not call me to Justify any the Just forward letter to my email
Old Mutual never answers e-mails.I sent an email regarding my mother's claim that wasn't paid due to waiting period. Yet I had paid 6 full months and I work for a company they are underwriting a lot of claims are paid if policy hasn't matured yet my mother's claim was rejected and asked for a letter explaining why but till date nothing was given to me. So please attend to my case for I would like to take it with the Ombudsmen because that claim should have been paid like the rest you are paying.
