By far the worst experience I have ever received reporting people for cheating they do nothing and then you take it in you own hands message the people and you get ban for the message you send **** playstation everyone warned me about playstation. Pc here we go and sick and tired of wasting money on the **** playstation
Very bad service form them not even signed up yet and there service is bad 😕 already busy canceling the deal we where told Friday 20 June 2025 installation will be done then they we had to phone and ask where are they they we where told no saterday morning 9 0 clock and still no one has come phone again we where told we phone and reschedule to Monday. So but you service is very bad phone afrihost to find out what's going on they try to get hold of metrofibre nothing there was a ticket logged and still nothing.
There service is very bad i am still waiting for my deposit. Please people pay more and you know you will get your refund back as to pay less and never see you refund again. I am reporting them to the bank as *****. Everything was fine until i must recieve my refund and they do nothing about it.
Car rental went smooth pick up and drop off until the deposit must be returned then you dont get hold of them and they just send emails to say deposit will be between 7 -21 working days. For what the car was given back 100% like they asked now we have a problem to get the deposit back people be careful when renting a car by them. Rader pay more and know you will get your money back immediately as to wait for 21 days and stress if you will ever see the money again.
Sins when do you need to pay of a phone when you want to upgrade this is ridiculous. They expect me to pay R2200 for the phone i have to upgrade to new phone and then that is not all they put up my contract in the 24 months 3 times i started with account of R650 and now its currently on R770 this is not fair as we signed a contract for R650 for 24 months. How is this legal to do this to clients.
There service is bad and keep on tell us to pay money to release the line back to evotel so that we can connect with new fibre company. Still they have send evotel a message to say they will release the line on the 31st of March which we paid the money and did everything they asked and still the line has not yet been release Vodacom has really bad service been struggling from last week saterday
I do not even want to give them a star as to there service is really bad please consider before signing up with them. Best part of all is there is no after hours support or weekend support. So people consider before signing up
