I am very happy with the service from Oukitel. My wife's tablet stopped working, and Oukitel promptly arranged for it to be collected and repaired under warranty and delivered back to us, all withing about 4 days. A happy customer.
Both Takealot and Black+Decker deserve 5 stars from me. I purchased a B+D DCM-85 12-cup coffee maker just less than two years ago, and loved it (especially the extra strength feature, and the fact that it makes hot coffee). To my dismay it suddenly stopped working. I checked and saw I still had 6 weeks left of the 24-month guarantee. I submitted a report to Takealot, and they immediately picked it up and sent it to B+D, who honoured the guarantee and replaced it with a brand new machine, all within 3 weeks. Well done to you all, you have a very happy customer.

I bought a pair of turtles shoes on 15/04/23. They have very little wear, but recently I noticed the stitching on one of the shoes was unravelling. When I tried to return the item, I was told that it was more than 6 months ago from purchase and they couldn't do anything about it. That was very disappointing as it was clearly a fault in manufacture. We then wrote to Kingsmead customer care for assistance, and they rep**** that they were unable to assist. This is most disappointing service, and it is evident that the quality of their shoes is deteriorating.
I see a lot of negative reviews for Takealot, but my experience with them has always been good. I have never received wrong or damaged items. I do agree, though, that their delivery service has slipped a bit and now taking longer than it used to - you can wait up to two weeks for delivery, when it used to take one week. This is why I have given them 4 stars instead of 5.
I didn't want to give them a star at all, but that was the only way I could get to write something. You should allow zero stars as the lowest rating, as that is all Makro deserves. I have had two very bad experiences with them where you as the customer are at fault and made out as trying to crook them. There will not be a third as I will never purchase from them again.
