IM DISAPPOINTED WITH FRAMEWORK, HOW DO YOU CHARGE A GLASS WINDOW ON TOP OF THE DOOR R400 TO BE REPLACED AND I SENT AN EMAIL HAD TO FOLLOW UP ON MY EMAIL I SENT TO GET A RESPONSE. I PERSONALLY FEEL THE SERVICE IS SOO POOR AND DAYLIGHT ******* IS WHAT IM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING AND I HAVE ASKED FOR A BREAK DOWN OF THE R400.
I cancelled the service with you supersonic cause l to move then later on l reached out to reinstate your service with no luck of reaching someone on your whatsapp number that's never working, log a ticket on the app and call the call center thats never answered , the time you get to responded l agree with one of your agent to debit my acc and send courier to collect the router which I have packed and ready for collection but u guys hand the acc to VVM as if I did not authorize to debit the R250. Please can somebody call me urgently form SUPERSONIC I need this resolved urgently u just *****ing my credit record for nothing take the 250 and collect your router
Yoh bank with Nedbank at your own risk I really can't believe they charge a ****en R400 to recall or trace payment that was paid in a closed account but definitely they were so quick to debit the R400 without assistant yah worst bank and useless. They debited R400 but the money I asked them to recall nor reverse the couldn't recall or help me. You know daylight ******* try Nedbank then you will know.
so disappointing to see my bank fail me, i made payment to an individual account who bank with Absa unfortunately the individual account is closed instead the money coming back it didnt bounce back, i called Nedbank they instructed me to speak to the individual and ask them to check with Absa it might be sitting in the Absa suspense account the individual checked with bank and was told Nedbank needs to check missing payment on their side because the Absa account is closed. Nedbank says they can't trace the money R2000 asked me to complete a recovery form to recall the money that it will cost me R400 but they say they can't recover the money. I'm sent from pilar to pilar by Nedbank how can money just disappear without a trace.
Yho yho the worst letting agency, we been having a problem with electricity at Noordhoek flat every 2 weeks we don't have electricity we call them and they tell u they log a call with City power when u go to their office to request for a follow up Cindy has a stinging attitude for her to tell us Framework can't fix the problem only City power. Cindy very racial and sarcastic towards us because she didn't want to listen to ur problem and challenges as Tenants.she even walked out on us while raising our issues.
Rains says u can cancel anytime no contract but u still get billed when u cancel.i haven't been using there services for 2 months now and they kept debiting my account.i call rain and I'm told to cancel it on my profile which I did but they still go on to debit my account in Dec after I canceled it in November. Im told they can't refund but credit me R200 in my rain account that's been cancelled, plz tell me how does that bullsht work if I cancelled there services. Plz refund me my money
Vodacom the worst service provider, I can’t believe I’m writing my third review complaining about the same thing because they so incompetent, thieves and useless. I’m being billed for their incompetence and mistake l was specific when I asked for my number to be activated to prepaid which I have the paperwork to prove, they reactivated to contract then I asked for the contract to be cancelled never used the contract airtime which Sanele the vodacom consultant confirmed on their system does show it was unused but I’m billed R460 for airtime I never used why? I’m sic of this Network
I’m sick and tired of Vodacom they so incompetent from call centre to vodacom shop.. 1st they deleted my number persisted got the number because they have the worst service and greedy they reactivate the number to contract instead of prepaid as l asked now. I need them to cancel to the contract and put me on prepaid I’m sent to the shop and the shop tells me to call the vodacom callcentre. vodacom sucks the treat their clients like ****
Im getting frustrated with Vodacom, I asked my number to be reactivated paid what I was owning then they reactivate the number to a contract instead prepaid. I DO NOT WANT A CONTRACT and never asked for contract why do they do they opposite of what a person ask for please resolve this issue and leave number as prepaid.
Vodacom is a nonsense I defaulted due to being unemployed I was owing them R638. To my surprise my number got deleted and I can’t recover it again and I really need it I’m from one pillar to another without help. I have been with them for years and jus like that without a warning or sms they jus delete the number. I need the number plz no one is assisting me from your call center and Instore.
