I am VERY tired of the DSTV App never working as it should. I cannot activate my Holiday Home decoder on the app; when i try and save how many days, it just goes back to the question of how many days do you want? Neither can I activate it via the DSTV website - there is no option to do that there, so I have to call in to the DSTV Call Centre and we all know how long those calls can take. Frustrated beyond! This particular issue has been going on for 4 weeks now, but if it is not this one, it will be another issue next weekend.
I cannot believe how difficult it is to get these guys to do anything. We have been requesting a fibre service for a new multi-tenant business park for months and no-one responds. Impossible to call anyone - the switchboard asks for us to leave a voicemail message! Is that how switchboards operate these days? And no mobile Nos on emails from the staff who have communicated with us, so no way to contact them! Frustrated beyond measure. I would like to find an alternative service provider.
Between Openserve and WebAfrica, they have not even been to look at the installation site (now 5 July) and we requested Web Africa on 7 May that we were moving offices at end June. No fibre - no work. And you cannot speak to anyone - only email and WhatsApp "chats". Terrible service.

Cancelled my contract on 2 March 2023. Cancellation only processed by Netstar on 21 April, so "30 day notice period" gets extended to May. Guess who pays for the xtra month with no recourse?
What a joke. Cannot activate PVR function on my holiday home decoder because there is an amount of R100 outstanding on my account which is paid by debit order every month! I'm getting seriously frustrated with Multichoice. No competition leads to complacency.
