Recently ordered some Microsoft software online was told 2-5 days for delivery. But it arrived same day! Prior to that purchased some linen from Makro and delivery was also well before prescribed day
I lodged a case for a TV scam/theft at SAPS, Randburg and was very ably assisted in opening the docket by Constable Maselo who was very patient in recording the statement. I received a case number same day and the name of the investigating Serg. next day. Trusting the investigation will also be as smooth and have a positive outcome.
I took a friend to the new Midrand office to renew her vehicle licence yesterday. We were greeted and attended to by Dineo who was informative, polite and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. Well done, Dineo * * * * * this licensing centre is such an improvement on other centres I have been to in the past. Keep it up!
They are DEFINITELY scammers! I have seen other reviews of their modus operandi. It is two weeks now that they took my TV and have not returned it. It is a pity I am not able to contact the other reviewers so that we can make a case together (I don't have FaceBook to do this)
Found Elite Television Repairs on i/net and contacted them. They collected my TV on Sat 5 Feb 2022 with undertaking to have it back Tue 8/2 which never happened. Managed to contact them and was told that they are having issues fixing it as the LED "keeps blowing" and I would have it back Fri 11/2. Never happened. Since then I am unable to get hold of them via WA or email. I have a receipt on which they wrote the physical address of the business 22 Swiss St, Kempton Park. There is no such location. Sadly, I think I have been scammed.
Spent 2 x nights here with my family. The hospitality was exceptional and everyone connected with the business was friendly and fabulous ... reception, the chefs, the tuk tuk drivers, bar attendants, et al. We went up the Soweto towers - what an experience with amazing views. Did a 2 hour tuk tuk tour - very interesting and informative, giving us a great overview of Soweto, its history and inhabitants. Locals, experience this for yourself - don't let it just be the tourists who have a great time! We will be back!
Ordered a book online 7 Dec 2021 and still have not received it despite • many emails; • attempted communication via the chat bot; • phoning number provided on website “We’re currently unavailable. We’ll get back to you when one of our operators is able to respond. Please provide your email address so we can get in touch with you.” To date no response; • Tracking msg " Order #_______ was placed on 7 December, 2021 and is currently Getting prepared by supplier." has remained unchanged since date of order THIS IS THEIR LAST CHANCE TO RECTIFY THEN I AM REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THE BOOK - DON'T HOLD OUT MUCH HOPE!!!!!!
I contacted the help centre to obtain a Certificate of Membership and was very ably assisted by Nolli, receiving the certificate within minutes of her emailing it to me.
A friend and myself were served by 108 Phika at the Lindt Store, Sandton earlier this morning (11:48). What a pleasure! We weren't the last of the big spenders but nothing was too much trouble for Phika when assisting us. A lovely, personable young man and certainly an asset to this particular Lindt store. I was recently scammed at a FNB ATM in Republic Road. I managed to cancel my card fairly quickly - or so I thought - but within minutes the scammers had withdrawn money from a non-FNB ATM just up the road in Bram Fischer Drive. I then reported the fraud to FNB Fraud Dept who logged / investigated the incident and have very kindly refunded the amount withdrawn plus the withdrawal charge, for which I am most grateful. Thank you FNB!
