Pathetic customer service from Nedbank and it's employees. I can't believe this,been waiting for my premium refund I keep on calling and everyone of the consultants say my refund will be paid soon it's two days later and still no refund of my requested premiums. I got a reference number but no one is clearly ready to do their job honestly. I've been calling being transferred from pillar to post with no help or customer service.i requested the agent to stop the debit order as I will be making a lump sum payment which I paid and still no refund has been paid into my account
From dealing to their security guards that are rude and obnoxious, to their stuff that's lazy to do their job. I want my refund BACK!!! Spoke to Moses Madladla the most *********** individual that was quick to tell me the refund would be paid within 30 days do I needed to relax my horns to 30days wayyy later still no refund in my account.i don't understand why they make people pay an amount that the business has to refund a portion back if this is the poor service we get!!!! I'm utterly disappointed 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 I WANT MY REFUND BACK!!!!!!!
Telkom has handed me over and debited my account after I have been requesting to cancel this contract with you guys. The sms I get on a daily of my account has been handed over and the number on the sms is invalid or doesn't belong to Telkom . This service is ridiculous and pathetic. Why was I debited but still get these stupid SMSes . Can I get someone to call me and sort out this mess!!!!!!!!!!!
@vumatel I'm very disappointed with @vumatel services I've been trying to set up debit order for months now but their consultants have empty promises everytime. My @vumatel wifi switched off on the 16th and was supposed to be off on 18th. I've been calling the contact center to get assistance once AGAIN THEIR LINES GO DEAD after holding for over 15min I'm very disappointed with this service , I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service because it all talk but zero service or urgency @vumatel very disappointed #vuma #badcustomerservice Just again now spoke to Lufuno she cut the call, what the hell is this?
The worst experience there was admitted there for delivery and again for my son who was not well.. Never seen such incompetent people from the Gynae Dr Sihlabela to the kids ward worst experience.
The way I'm so disappointed by this company it's really sickening, I wrote a complaint about the broken fridge the issue was resolved and I canceled the fridge but I was debited for the fridge which I tried reversing the debited amount my bank informed me that I can't as this is a Debi check approval. I was highly disrespected by the manager from Traderoute Bradlows who is Joe. After I repeatedly told him this debit better not go off now this. I'm fed up going up ND down regarding the same query and no one bothers to call or follow up with me after I've continuously followed up. I really can't take the level of stress as I am pregnant and really should anything happen to this baby I will fully put the blame on Bradlows Traderoute. I had a spoilt food which I didn't claim for, not I'm being debited and no one seems to know how to reverse my premiums, what them happens to my bank charges? Who will repay that???? I wouldn't recommend bradlows to anyone and I will be taking this further my lawyers will be I contact with them and social media will be updated about this. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
The level of disappointment of the treatment and respect of the manager Joe is so appalling. I bought two Hisense products at Traderoute bradlows being TV and Fridge on the 9th of February. The Agent assisted gracefully ND made sure my application and communication was clear. The products were delivered in which a day or two later the fridge stopped working. I laid a complaint within the 7 days I was given communicated with Lerato who's the agent that helped with the query. To date the fridge was to fetched and my food has rotten. I called the store requesting to speak to the manager who is Joe, he told me how he never speaks to clients and that was done by the sales agent, I asked him to assist with this query as a manager and can I get feedback but to date still nothing. Friday of the 12th I asked the guy who was going to deliver my new fridge to take the one I had back to Bradlows as I cannot keep a fridge that wasn't working in my house. They took it back! Went into the store satur9 to cancel my fridge contract and the manager very rude and insensitive told me he couldn't assist me there and there and he was going to call me back Monday. I repeatedly told him I don't want to be debited for this fridge because I will have my lawyers involved and it won't be a easy process for him he reassured he will call me Monday the 15th which that didn't happen. I don't know how this guy was appointed for management but his service level is so poor is disgusting. His very rude and has got this ego around him like the world ows him something. He treats people like trash and this I'm saying because when I went to buy the fridge there was a complaint about him the same day which was not mine to entertain. I want my contract canceled with Bradlows for all appliances and will be taking my business else where. If I do get debited this month end I will be taking further steps to exposing this Joe guy and bradlows as a company. His very racist and rude if I were the area manager I'd ha e a deeper look into this guy because bradlows Traderoute will loose customers because of that manager.
The level of disappointment I have towards this hisense company is beyond measure. I bought a fridge at bradlaws traderoute just two days after I got the fridge it stopped working and everything got spoilt. I've been following up on a new fridge and to date I have gotten a new fridge. I feel so unfairly treated as they were quick to send a technician out to fix a BRAND NEW FRIDGE. I'm very disappointed and at the peak of delivering this fridge myself at their offices which that will be happening soon because my rights as a customer are not being exercised here. Who's going to pay for all the food that's rotten? Instead I'm being told about management that needs to confirm for a new fridge like WHAT THE HELL!!!!!
