On Sunday 28th July we called outsurance to report a leak in our bathroom that was also leaking from the adjacent wall in the kitchen, leaking to the point where we had to switch our water off. We were told this was not considered an emergency and that we should call back on Monday. We call on Monday and they send leak detection out. The guys tell us we have a leak near the toilet wall which they said is the pressure pipe and possibly a leak in the shower.I ask how long the job will take and I'm told 1 day. Tuesday Outsurance say they are waiting for the report. Wednesday they said they had the report yesterday and are waiting for the accessor. At this point I'm getting quite frustrated as I have an ill child in the house and no running water. I call numerous times and eventually the assessor, Reamu calls me back. He says the exact same thing the leak detectors said. He then says their plumbers are not available but he has outsourced IBP Assist for us. I agree. Ibp assist arrived today, Thursday the 1st August, after we pay the excess of R4000 they start breaking tiles and tell us the leak isn't where leak detection said it is( why waste our time with leak detection then?) and is under the toilet. They have to remove the toilet and will only be able to replace it next week. Again I have a sick child in the house. I call Outsurance again and am told that Ibp assist is contracted with Outsurance. And that they can't do anything further to help. This is the worse service I have ever received from an insurance company. Most of my family have their homes, cars and businesses insured with Outsurance. I will make sure they know of this situation and get a better insurer. Absolutely ridiculous to treat your clients this way, I'm so glad for social media sites and platforms like hello peter that can warn others before they make the same mistake. I will definitely be doing so.
Fraudulent charges on my acc, when I contacted capitec call center they said they can't do anything about it. They advised me to stop the card and get a new one, which I did. A week later Fraudulent charges from the same company (planoodle.com,I searched online and seems they hack many peoples accounts). Still capitec could so absolutely nothing about it,they actually told me that I need to contact the company and tell them to stop debiting my acc,like a scammer is gonna go "oh yes, sure I'll stop scamming you cos you asked so nicely ". I closed the acc,which took about 2 hours to do. Going back to Absa. Might be more expensive but peace of mind is worth it
Not sure what happened. First time I ordered my order was a bit delayed but this was communicated to me. This time round I was told I'd have it last week on the 16th of December, it's the 21st today and I'm getting no response on my messages or emails.
I had previously written a bad review however they reached out and fixed the misunderstanding. They appreciate their customers and do all they can to keep us happy.
I was buying quite often and though the herb is good the owner seems to have gotten ****y. Last order I was sent the wrong order, I only smoke sativa strains as I smoke for medical reasons. I notified them, response seemed quite rude though they did agree to send my actual order. Have not received the order they agreed to send and I paid R300 more than I was supposed to. I've found other online stores who are more customer oriented and helpful
I ordered the unicorn with chocolates for my kids 7th birthday since it's level 4 and there isn't much we can do for her,I evem paid to add a balloon. O received the chocolates and balloon... No teddy bear. Delivery person said that was all he had for me. My daughter is super disappointed. My whole family uses netflorist very often but I dont see thar happening anymore
Their drivers open and steal out of packages. It's ridiculous. Had happened on several occasions now
They cut our lte and still haven't connected our Fibre. My husband works from home and my child is homeschooled, both require internet access. Such incompetence and lack of consideration for your client base is ridiculous in this day and age. If my child fails this grade because of them then they will see me in court
Very disappointed. First time I ordered I literally waited at home and was sent a message saying they tried to deliver and I wasn't home so would be rescheduled. Second time I ordered one item was missing from order, driver who was with his wife was extremely rude as well
